Due to our travel plans we were hoping to check in early, we arrived and spoke with Mimi, she was great not only did she have our room ready she gave us a great room! After riding the tour bus in Philly all day we were able to come back to our room and enjoy a wonderful soak in our... More

We travel almost exclusively by using Priceline, VRBO! Etc. this trip brought us to this "new" hotel which in reality is the old Scanticon with a small casino imbedded into the former common areas. The property is very dated, but was told that a major renovation was being planned. For what we paid , it was not a bad experience.... More

OMG!!! This was a very bad decision to stay at the casino tower..We thought that because it was attached to the casino and supposedly only 2 yrs. old that it would be very nice..WRONG!!! The room was smelly and not very clean..The hallways looked like they were from the 40's and very dirty..You could see all the dust and dirt... More

I absolutely love coming here with my boyfriend. It's next to Bahama breeze and the biggest mall ever. Not only do I love gambling there the people there are extremely sweet and a pleasure to see every time we visit. I love being able to stay in the same hotel as the casino. Great time!

We appreciate your comments. One of the best attributes of the facility is the variety of things to do on property and in the immediate area. Our staff is outstanding and they go out of their way to accommodate our guests. We hope you have the opportunity to visit us again. More

Honestly, this hotel reminded me of The Shining. The decor was extremely outdated and the rooms were less than expected for a casino resort. We were there for three nights and I only felt like going to the casino once. It was small, but decent, I suppose. The card tables never seemed to be open - only the slots, so... More

Thank you for taking the time to bring these items to our attention. I apologize for the room issues and you experience with your package. We have numerous meeting and conventions at the hotel and hundreds of packages delivered each week. There is absolutely no reason that the staff would not know where shipping and receiving was or locate your... More

We too were at the International Trumpet Guild Conference 2014, and we stayed on the Casino Tower side so we did not have the Sleep Number Beds. We had requested a King Suite, and received a fairly nice room with a sitting room at the front, a hallway with a frig, microwave and a sink, and a King bedroom area.... More

Thank you for your comments regarding your stay. There is no reason for your room not cleaned properly every day during your stay. This is definitely an operational issue and it has been brought to the attention of our housekeeping management. We were in the process of upgrading to a high definition TV signal during your stay and did experience... More

I stayed at this hotel for the International Trumpet Guild Conference 2014. The conference was great, the hotel not so much! For $159 a night, we should not have to call downstairs multiple times for simple items like washcloths for two people and toilet paper. The room was clean, but barely and very shabby. There were Sleep Number Beds in... More

Thank you for your comments regarding the Valley Forge Casino. It was concerning to hear your comments as we typically get very good comments on our staff and guest service. Certainly your experience is not indicative of the service we expect our staff to provide. We have numerous successful events at the casino and all are advertised timely and punctual.... More

This hotel is your typical casino hotel. It was a little run down but fairly clean. The room was large and actually quiet. The bathtub had someone else s hair in it! Also it was full of cigarette burns. We had guest come to go to the casino with us and they had to join the casino before they could get... More

We appreciate you taking the time to let us know about your experience at the Valley Forge Casino Resort. Rude staff who could care less about their customers. They are uninformed or misinformed, but they don't seem to care. I actually had one woman shrug me off to flirt with a customer (in front of his lady friend) rather than help me find someone who could help me since she could not. Disorganized events- wrong start time, no announcements... More

Was at the hotel for a convention. the hotel is very old, worn and honestly very dirty. I was disgusted having to stay at such a property. If the staff was welcoming, it may have made a difference. The tubs were huge and very dirty with grout issues. There was a piece of dental floss on the waste recepticle by... More

It is never pleasant to hear that a guest has experienced cleanliness issues in our guest rooms. This is totally unacceptable and I assure you, not the result that we work very hard to prevent. We are in the planning process for a full renovation of the Tower which will dramatically improve the room décor, but cleanliness is a basic... More
