I wouldn't mind paying for the gift cards ...if the casino food was better and more reasonable. $12.50 for a meatball sandwich and it was dried out way too much garlic. Are you kidding!! The only thing good is the pizza..and that was because they had the Rocco's pizza man there. Service is slow. Slots are terrible they don't pay.... More

Oh where do I start? I was recently booked there for a business trip, and the company has a long history of some nice places. This time, it was horrible. First room was DISGUSTING. Second didn't work. Room #1 -MOLD all over the tile grout in the shower -Broken tiles around the tub spigot -When we walked into the room,... More

I was very excited for this hotel casino to open up since I live locally. What a big disappointment. The rooms are not nice at all. Some don't even have windows. Dirty dishes from room service are left in the hallways for much too long of a time. The casino allows smoking only in designated areas but no one is... More

We went to the Valley Forge Casino to see the Dirty Sexy Funny show, starring Jenny McCarthy. Although the show was pretty good, the venue is terrible. My first time at the casino...and probably the last. First, we had front row, center, seats for the show. Part of the show included videos, however there were NO screens for anyone in... More

We appreciate your input regarding the concert and casino and were disappointed and surprised by your comments. We have had great success and comments regarding our new entertainment series so it was interesting to hear your comments. We felt that we did have proper video screen coverage for the room but will certainly review our set up as we realize... More

Have been at this casino before. Read newer reviews on Triadvisor but figured I would give it a shot. Reviews were correct. Stay away. Tight slots, Smoking everywhere, even the non-smoking section, and yes we still payed to get in??? We had more fun at Valley Forge Historical Park than we did here. Forget about ordering drinks. Servers must have... More

Thanks for your comments. It was disappointing to hear your comments regarding the casino. We are required by our license to charge an access fee to the casino. We do try very hard to provide options for entry that offset the cost including a purchase anywhere in the facility. We do enforce our mom-smoking areas in the casino as we... More

This is not my first review of this hotel which I feel is more of a MOTEL. I visit this hotel frequently since priceline always puts me here. With being a business traveler I have stayed at many hotels (just read my other reviews). My recent visit to this hotel I was dumbfounded. I booked 2 rooms, but my room... More

Thank you for your comments. We are in the planning process of a renovation in the Casino Tower but I would like to assure you that all life safety elements are fully functional. It would not be possible to isolate or remove a sprinkler head from the system without discharging the entire system and in any event, it could only... More

What a horrible experience! Sad part is I gave VFC a rave review back in January and I must have been drunk because they have no respect for customer!! Management that is! My friend and I had a room booked 3 months in advance for her birthday weekend. We had friends meeting us and plans to visit restaurants, clubs and... More

Thanks for the comments. Interestingly enough, we did have an issue that created the need for us to displace some reservations and it was not due to intentional overbooking. We work very diligently to prevent “walking” reservations but sometimes it is unavoidable. There however is no excuse for not being contacted by a manager if this has been requested or... More

The valley forge casino is really not that good at all. I called 30 minutes before I arrived and asked the floor manager if there were any $5 dollar black jack or craps tables. He said yes and also $10 tables as well. When I arrived and after eating $10 worth of bad pizza, there was one $10 dollar craps... More

Thanks for your comments regarding the casino. We do have $10 tables during our Double Down Happy Hour every weekday from 5:00 to 7:00 PM. We very seldom have $5 tables available at any time in the casino and I apologize that you were told that, it actually quite surprising that a floor manager relayed this information. We have discussed... More

Checked this place out for one night using a groupon a while back. Room was extremely dated but very spacious with a separate living area and huge tub. The bed was extremely comfortable! The casino itself is very small and no nightlife to speak of, but some nice restaurants, esp. Pacific Prime, which I highly recommend.

We appreciate the comments. We are in the planning process for a room renovation in the casino tower which will truly transform the facility. We are very proud of our restaurants and delighted that you enjoyed Pacific Prime. We have started a new entertainment series reviving the Valley Forge Music Fair with name entertainment and are also upgrading the daily... More

One of the frustrations I have traveling is hotels with casino's attached make you walk through the casino to eat, get to your room or attend a meeting. None of that is the case here. If you are here for a meeting you are going to walk a distance to the meeting and back. I tracked my walking with my... More

Thanks for the input. It is a large facility and while there are distances there are a number of amenities that we are able to offer because of the size, including 7 restaurants and lounges and numerous meeting facilities. We do work with our clients to keep meeting space close to their guest rooms but with the two towers and... More
