This is a two bit casino with abysmal customer service. I booked the deal and paid for my room in advance. The hotel room was out dated. The casino it's self was small and limited. Aside from that when I checked out I was charged for the room twice. I immediately told the management and they admitted it was their... More

Smallest casino ive ever been to with the most security ive ever seen. I didnt know you had to pay to get in... unless your staying there or have a paid membership( who would pay to get a membership to a casino anyway!? )but you do get a $10 freeplay and $10 giftcard as a new member to eat or... Stayed here on business (conference at the attached convention centre) since the Radisson at the other end of the convention centre was full. The room was large, but that is about all that I could find good to say about the hotel. The room wasn't particularly clean, and the corridors were worse (they looked as if they hadn't seen a... Stayed there two weeks ago. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!The worst experience ever. From check in to check out. Shower floor was cracked. Room was dirty,. I cleaned my own bathroom. Closet door hanging off the hinges. Common area at the elevator filthy. Could not get in touch with a manager the entire weekend. But was yelled at by the valley parking supervisor... More

Let me say that I NEVER write negative reviews, we usually just roll with whatever, but I felt compelled to write something about this hotel. It is filthy, run down and far from a 3-star hotel, the rating system needs to be done over for this place. They tell you it's non-smoking but the whole place smells of smoke. We... More

I wouldn't mind paying for the gift cards ...if the casino food was better and more reasonable. $12.50 for a meatball sandwich and it was dried out way too much garlic. Are you kidding!! The only thing good is the pizza..and that was because they had the Rocco's pizza man there. Service is slow. Slots are terrible they don't pay.... More

Oh where do I start? I was recently booked there for a business trip, and the company has a long history of some nice places. This time, it was horrible. First room was DISGUSTING. Second didn't work. Room #1 -MOLD all over the tile grout in the shower -Broken tiles around the tub spigot -When we walked into the room,... More

I was very excited for this hotel casino to open up since I live locally. What a big disappointment. The rooms are not nice at all. Some don't even have windows. Dirty dishes from room service are left in the hallways for much too long of a time. The casino allows smoking only in designated areas but no one is... More

We went to the Valley Forge Casino to see the Dirty Sexy Funny show, starring Jenny McCarthy. Although the show was pretty good, the venue is terrible. My first time at the casino...and probably the last. First, we had front row, center, seats for the show. Part of the show included videos, however there were NO screens for anyone in... More

We appreciate your input regarding the concert and casino and were disappointed and surprised by your comments. We have had great success and comments regarding our new entertainment series so it was interesting to hear your comments. We felt that we did have proper video screen coverage for the room but will certainly review our set up as we realize... More

Have been at this casino before. Read newer reviews on Triadvisor but figured I would give it a shot. Reviews were correct. Stay away. Tight slots, Smoking everywhere, even the non-smoking section, and yes we still payed to get in??? We had more fun at Valley Forge Historical Park than we did here. Forget about ordering drinks. Servers must have... More

Thanks for your comments. It was disappointing to hear your comments regarding the casino. We are required by our license to charge an access fee to the casino. We do try very hard to provide options for entry that offset the cost including a purchase anywhere in the facility. We do enforce our mom-smoking areas in the casino as we... More
