Room was clean and well appointed. Jetted bath with fireplace. Large screen tv with in room microwave and fridge. Mattress on the soft side but didn't kill my back. Got a killer rate on expedia. Co located with exotic animal park. I got to hold a baby kangaroo on check in.

We discovered this place over the winter during our annual skiing trip and its rooms were great. This summer we came back and tried out one of their suites and all I have to say is Wow. We had a two bedroom with a hot tub called the Mountain Laurel Suite. It was fantastic. Everything was super clean. I don't... More

This was the most fun place to stay! All the staff are so friendly and helpful. I'm not sure I understand the negative reviews here, especially about the decor. Maybe the reviewers didn't look at the lodge website that pretty accurately describes the lodge and room decor as rustic and log cabin. Our room was neat and clean, and cleaning... More

Spent 2 nights over the 4th of July weekend and rented the large cabin that sleeps 18. This building is about a quarter of a mile from the main lodge at a fairly busy intersection. Lots of room for our group including one room with 4 bunk beds that accommodated all of the kids who wanted to sleep together -... More

Not a good experience. Our room was dark, felt cramped w extra furniture not needed, covered in fake animal furs. Also the room overheated during the night...unable to open the one window, tried adjusting the thermostat w no luck, noisy parties on each side of the room. All bin all checked out a day earlier than expected. Would not recommend.

We just lucked into finding this hotel by chance while searching for a place to spend the night before making a long-awaited visit to Frank Lloyd Wright's Fallingwater design masterpiece. We were so surprised by the attractive, spacious and comfortable western-themed rooms, and the very cool animal park where we could feed kangaroos, camels, monkeys, and see other amazing creatures.... Just like every year it was time to take the family to Idlewild and just like every year that meant it was time to get the Idlewild package from Log Cabin Lodge and Suites. We are actually only 20 miles from Idlewild park but the uniqueness of the décor and experience coupled with the great pricing of their Idlewild packages... More

stayed in the 4 bedroom suite, everything was very nice and clean, and there was a pool table, ping pong table and hot tub in the room which we enjoyed. the zoo that is located there was fun, especially feeding the monkeys and getting to pet the anteater. we will definitely return.

My family chose to stay at this location because of the deal with Idlewild and soak zone. Upon arrival, the room itself was clean and rustic. Overall we were pleased. Around 8:00 we attempted to put our toddler down for bed and about that time is when all the noise started. From outside our room there was a group of... More

This inn is about 20 miles north of Fallingwater and Ohiopyle State Park, about 2 miles south of I-76. I picked it because of the easy access from the major roadways and its proximity to the local wineries and state parks, but was pleasantly surprised at how clean and spacious the room was. There's also a wild animal park on... More
