Very nice people. Comfortable rooms. We stayed in the Chesapeake Room. We'd stay here again, next time we might stay in the Mill and Mine room just because it's on the front side of the house and I like the small sofa in that room. Food very nice and there's wine in the evening. It's like walking into history.

My partner and I stayed at this inn as a last minute getaway. Kim was an absolute sweetheart making every effort to ensure our comfort. We stayed in the Chesapeake room. The moment we arrived there was a wonderful spread of cheeses, meats, fruits, sweets, and wine just for us. In the morning we were presented with another delectable arrangement... More

A few friends and I stayed here for a weekend getaway. It exceeded our expectations! The entire place was clean and the innkeeper, Rita, was so sweet and friendly and made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. It is located in a quaint little town (Cambria City) which consists of many artsy shops and great little... More

Our stay was wonderful. The location was ideal, rooms were clean and comfortable, food was excellent, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I'd recommend it to anyone. We had a suite which combined the Chesapeake and Miners rooms.

I was told of this place by a friend. It's close to a couple ski resorts and situated in historical Johnstown PA. There are several sightseeing opportunities, including an incline plane, Staple Bend Tunnel, and Discovery museum. The innkeeper Rita is wonderful and very sweet, as well as her assistant, Kim. They cook you up a light breakfast and something... More

Fantastic stay here, each room was uniquely decorated. We stayed in the Chesapeake room which was a nautical theme. There was an adorable lighthouse nightlight. The bed was super comfortable. After a day full of sightseeing, I looked forward to lying down at night. This bed and breakfast is located in a historically rich area. I learned about the tragic... More

we checked in to possibly go skiing over the thanksgiving weekend. We would up saving money and doing a ton of really cool stuff - incline plane, heritage center, staple bend tunnel. The manager Rita of Heritage House was fantastic as was her helper Kim. They had baked goods prepared and light fare set out in the evening. The place... More

We felt royally spoiled from the minute we were welcomed in the evening with beautifully presented and delicious savory snacks, wine, and yummy cookies. As seniors we appreciated staying in the charmingly decorated "Garden Room", the only first floor room available. We chose to have a late breakfast and our gracious hostess, Rita, not only out did herself with lovely... More

Heritage House is a cute B+B, with great breakfasts. Our room was nice and had a really comfortable bed. Their happy hour is generous and a very nice touch. Rita, the innkeeper, knocked herself out to help us with our many questions. We stayed the weekend in Johnstown to visit the sites of the famous flood. The added benefit of... More

I had stayed there a couple of years ago. l ( was pleased then and decided to go back.) I traveled from NC and got there in time for minimal snacks and boxed Zinfandel, which I did not drink. The innkeeper, Debra, was very nice. After conversation she told me I would be alone that evening. The other guest(s) had... More

I am very sorry that your recent stay at the Heritage House Inn Bed and Breakfast was not to your satisfaction.
