Never had to move our car. Located in the center of town and no parking problems. Walked everywhere, even though it was cold. Loved the town!! We will be back. Loved all the shops, cafes. Not everything was open, but it was still great!

It was lovely of the DeFeo's to share their beautiful home with my husband and I. They were very helpful with places to eat and visit while we were there. Our room was lovely and added bonus of wifi! Our breakfast was satisfying and delicious, as well as the stocked refrigerator. Mr and Mrs Defeo were gracious hosts who treated... More

We absolutely could NOT be more pleased with our stay at The DeFeo's Manor B&B. The location was fantastic, the owners were so caring and warm, the room had a beautiful view from the window and was so cozy and the bed was comfy. On top of all this the price was amazing! We will return here and stay again... More

After reading all the glowing reviews of this place and having actually been to Jim Thorpe a few times and seeing the outside of this lovely old Victorian, I decided to give it a try with my girlfriend.Well...... the only room available was the Deco room, which sometimes is a red flag at B&B's. It's the last room available for... More

My fiance surprised me with a trip to Jim Thorpe for my birthday! We stayed in this quaint bed and breakfast hosted by a lovely couple, Ellen and Richard! Their home is decorated with artwork and interesting items at every turn. Ellen and Richard are just delightful and so warm and welcoming. The Blue Room was very comfortable and decorated... More

I took my fiance Kathy for a weekend trip as her birthday present. As destination I chose Jim Thorpe and looking for accommodation I used the internet and in my search I found DeFeo's Manor B&B. The room descriptions sounded great and the reviews on tripadvisor were very positive, so I decided to give it a shot. Booking the room... More

Ellen and Richard are the most welcoming hosts. The B and B is lively. The Blue room was spacious. The breakfast was delicious and the ability to sit and look out at the main road was so cozy!! Recommend it highly.

In December, we visited the Manor for the first time in winter. WOW! What a new look at Jim Thorpe in the snow. Just walking through town in the light snow was like being there for the first time. Our hosts recommended the train ride through Lehigh Gorge, UNBELIEVABLE. As always the DeFeos was marvelous hosts as was Kathy, their... More

We recently stayed at The DeFeo Manor in Jim Thorpe, PA. Richard and Ellen are the most welcoming genuine people you will meet. They provided us with a list of highly recommended choices for dinner and happenings around the town. The Manor is a Victorian masterpiece and provides excellent views of the town below. We stayed in the Bella suite... More
