All aspects of the resort were great. The room service was terrific. The location of the resort was great for us because the beach was only 10 to 15 minutes walk away.We have friends that live in Barruk Heights which is also just around the corner.

My partner and I stayed at this hotel for a couple of nights over the new year period and we took his 3 year old granddaughter along with us. The rooms were reasonable in cleaniness and space. Our room was on the top floor overlooking the car park, swimming pool (small) and the tennis court. The pool was great for... More

It is a basic place to stay. We had no choice but to stay here, it was ok but overpriced. The bathroom was reminiscent of an original 70s surburban home, and the shower leaked into the bedroom leaving the carpet wet most of the time. The lip of the bathroom floor had me smashing my toe more than once. The... More

Unfortunately the very friendly and hospitable staff are let down by the tired accommodation and relatively expensive cost of staying here. I choose to stay here when in southern Wollongong area due to the paper thin walls in the newer motel in Shellharbour village. The restaurant is quite good and once again you get friendly and attentive service

Hubby and I stayed overnight and found the room comfortable and clean. The fridge and microwave were handy and the aircon worked well. We enjoyed a wonderful meal in the resort restaurant where the service was excellent and the meals very tasty - the nicest steak I have had in a while. We would certainly come back again and be... Stayed at Shellharbour Resort as a pit stop. We knew it wasn't going to be anything fancy but I was still disappointed. The main part of the room is average/fine. The bathroom looks like it came straight out of the 70s. It's tiny and has no amenities (shower cap, soap bars etc.) We stayed in a downstairs room and the... More

Please DO NOT stay here! Waste of money. There's is no cutlery, no kitchenette sink( ü have to buy bottled water or drink the water out of the toilet sink!!!!! YUK!, rooms are tiny, the toilet/shower is miniature and horrible(no vent fan), the outside is so ugly, the location is bad, Wi-Fi is a total rip off, they do not... More

I chose this property because of its proximity to people that I was visiting in the area. I wish now that I had opted to travel a bit further and find something a bit more suited to my needs. Let me start by saying that the staff I came in contact with were very courteous and obliging, so top marks... More

Friendly staff, great dinner in restaurant - very tasty. Lower price range. Good location. Four of us slept comfortably in a 2xdouble room. Yes, we would visit here again. It was a last minute stay - very enjoyable.
