First skiing trip with our 10 and 4 yr old. Service beautiful and Jenny and company made us feel extra special and at home. Food was great, sleeping arrangement-kids loved it. Nice and warm, tea facilities available. Over the snow transport to and fro the ski fields. Best of all, loved the luggage storage service which allowed us to ski... More

Accommodating managers. Good chef when we were there (June). The decor is quite dated and needs attention but the price isn't too steep in comparison. Biggest complaint is the lack of heating in the rooms. For some reason (? Save money), they have the heat in the rooms off at 8pm and it gets very cold very quick and you... More

This was our first skiing trip so we decided to get the full experience and stay on the slopes. We arrived late but our dinner was hot and waiting for us. The hosts Bart and Jenny made sure we were on time for our lessons on the first day and pointed us in the direction of ski hire etc. by... More

Very welcoming atmosphere. Bart, Jenny and their staff are fantastic which was a god send with an 8 month old. Nice, quiet and comfortable rooms. The food is amazing. We would love to visit again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend to friends.

We decided to stay 'on snow' to really experience our first ski holiday to it's fullest. We arrived very late so had to get transport but our dinner was hot and waiting when we arrived after a long trip! We welcomed the schnapps and the warm fire in the shared dining area. Unfortunately our bed was extremely uncomfortable which wasnt... More

Stayed here in the end of August and had a fantastic stay. The owners were very hospitable and made my wife and kids feel at home. The rooms were very clean and the food was excellent. It was great being able to take the kids outside and let them play in the snow when we weren't on the slopes. In... More

On arriving at the Skitube station early in the morning with loads of bags, we needed somewhere to store them so we could head out for a day on the slopes. Luckily, Jenny and Bart of Peer Gynt came to the rescue. We could leave our bags at a cafe, they would pick them up and we could head off... More

The food is excellent, the staff are amazing and the room is perfect for our needs. we are very comfortable here and will definitely come here again, having met other guests who have been staying regularly for years. They also speak highly of Jenny and Bart and I agree they are wonderful hosts. Evenings after dinner are relaxed and last... More

We have stayed at Peer Gynt previously. It is a really convenient on-snow option when travelling with children. The rooms are large and comfortable and the atmosphere is friendly and relaxed. The kids love the freedom of roaming between the common areas and the room and can't get themselves into any trouble. The lodge is located far enough away from... More

Peer Gynt is like staying with close friends on the snow. You will be treated to special care and attention with good meals and company. This lodge attracts families and is quite after 9pm. It is an easy ski back and short walk in the afternoon, or there is a black run right to the lodge. The owner check at... More
