We felt so welcome when we arrived. The Frost family provided excellent service and lovely meals. The chalet is extremely clean, warm and in the perfect position in Perisher. The apres entertainment creates a lively environment in the bar and the wines are well chosen. Happy faces all round.

A pity you are not open for lunch... my friends and I would certainly ski down for lunch. Those outside tables are in the sun and screaming for the lunchtime trade....why wait until 4pm. Lodge is good too.

I stayed here for the Perisher Peak Festival with my brother and sister-in-law and really enjoyed the experience. We stayed in a Mountain View Room, which had a king and single, a bathroom with bathtub, and views of the mountain, and a small (but ample) verandah. The room had very ample heating (we had to turn ours down), and thick... More

Stayed here on a work trip. Staff is very friendly and the food is great. However the room was quite small and bed a little old. Internet is quite slow especially when everyone is trying to access it.

This was the first time we had stayed at the Eiger and we loved it. The staff, the food, location, facilities (esp. the spa!) and the entertainment were first class. We felt at home from the minute we got there and Hayley and Adrian were fabulous hosts. They even sat with us at the bar and made us feel at... More

Thanks and kudos to Hayley and her mum, Jenny, for getting us settled once we arrived at Eiger. We- both families- enjoyed our on-the-snow-stay while in the Perisher Valley area and overall, had a great stay! The service provided was just grand - from the pick up at the Ski tube terminal by Jeff to even the staff, like Robyn... More

We stayed at Eiger second week of August 14. The hotel is family owned and run. It is very conveniently located near the ski lifts and the ski tube station. The property is dated and the equipment feels old but there is a great alpine feel to the place. The management is very hands on. The food at the restaurant... More

The Eiger Chalet has all the atmosphere one hopes for right in the heart of the snow. The location gives excellent access to the ski centre and lift network. This season Eiger has a new and enthusiastic team. The new owners whilst maintaining the ambiance of the old chalet are combining that with the excellent service one comes to expect... More

The only down side to our stay is we didn’t go anywhere else! Eiger was perfectly located 50 metres from the main chair, the bar pumps in the afternoon, our rooms were great, comfy beds and satisfying quality food. We snowboarded in every afternoon around 4pm, sipped on beers in the bar until dinner and repeated for 7 days. Its... More

Our second visit to the Eiger and again we were very happy with our stay. The hard working staff couldn't have been friendlier or more helpful. The food is very good in the restaurant and the kids loved the games room each evening. The rooms are dated but our family room with a mountain view did the job and accommodated... More
