pvh is a well known hotel for quality food. i ordered the risotto for a main, but the size was more like an entree, and i did mention this to the waitress, with no comment. perhaps the chef or hotel might come across this review ad do something about the measly portion

You cannot get a more family friendly ski destination that this one. You can literally lie on your bed and watch your children ski! Fantastic location and especially good this year with the bumper snow season!
