I stayed at Perisher Valley Hotel with a friend very late in the ski season and had a great stay. The location has got to be one of the most convenient in Australian Skiing. It sits right at the base of front valley and you can literally ski off the mountain to the front door of the hotel. Its also... More

Great location, great food especially the desserts but I had the worst nights sleep I have ever had in Perisher and Jindabyne in 15 years. Made skiing less enjoyable the next day. Would have appreciated a late check out or something but the earplugs they gave us certainly helped the next night. Avoid room 103 if you can as it's... More

Waited half an hour for a pickup from the ski tube. Made 2 phone calls to reception and was reassured. Got fed up and carried our heavy luggage myself across the slush. No apology and was told it was because the courtesy truck had broken down in the morning!!! What??! Food was essentially left less than half eaten every night.... More

We recently stayed at this hotel for 4 nights with 2 small children. The location was perfect, especially with little kids, the ski school which is located in the Perisher Centre was only a short walk from the hotel (and you could stay inside and access internally through stairs if you wanted) which made it easy when having to carry... Average hotel / terrible restaurant. Gen Y preppy service crossed with poorly executed dishes = an expensive bad dinner. The redeeming feature of the hotel is its location. You're paying to stay here for the convenience of being centrally located on the mountain. Avoid the inclusive rate with dinner bundled to the room rate since there are much better dining... More

We stayed at the hotel for 5 very enjoyable nights. Stayed from Sunday night to the following Thursday night. This gave us 5 nights at the mid week price which inc b/fast for $398.00 per day. The hotel is ski in ski out. The hotel room was large and clean with a lovely closed in glass balcony overlooking the main... More

We arrived to the car park to have a lift to the hotel. That's nice, but we needed all the prepaid ticketing and information. I had to ring the reservation center. So an apology later. We find the little things like the sauna isn't working. They get it working, but there is no bucket for water. Another apology. Now the biggie.... More

We recently stayed at Perisher Valley Hotel, for the first time, early August for 5 fantastic nights. We'd purchased a 'stay 5 pay for 4 ' special, and we actually thought it was still rather expensive. But as I'd never seen snow before and we were celebrating my birthday, we wanted to stay someone convenient, close to everything, and had... More

We stayed for 3 nights in late July and didn't want to leave! Service was fantastic, everyone we encountered very friendly and offered to help with bags, ski gear etc. room was beautiful, very clean, warm and with plenty of space - and the views!! A Mountain View room looks out over the Front Valley. Food was delicious and filling,... More
