Stayed here twice. So easy to access the Perisher Centre, kids lessons and childcare. Kids club is also great. I don't really like bunk beds for the kids - but connivence is king.. the food is wonderful and the bar a great place to relax at the end of the day.

My family have just arrived home from 4 days at the Man from Snowy River. We had a great time there. I especially enjoyed myself as I have celiac disease and cannot eat gluten. Always very stressful when eating out. However Luke and the team from the restaurant made me feel very comfortable when discussing my dietary requirement. I have... More

We went to Perisher for the snowy mountains music festival on the long weekend. We have never stayed at this hotel before but it was really great. Location is cool. Just walk across the bridge to the lift. The hotel has parking which was really handy because otherwise you have to get the train up to the mountain. Staff at... More

My husband. 18 month old daughter and myself would like to say a huge thank you to the team at The Man From Snowy River Hotel for your hospitality while we stayed over the weekend. The staff are super friendly and go out of their way to help when ever needed. We loved the family atmosphere which showed amongst all... More

We stayed over the long weekend and had such a fantastic time, the staff are great especially the reception team who took such good care of us. We were right across for the ski tube and Perisher centre and only took a few minutes to get to the ski lifts. Highly recommend the Tahoe burger from the pub! Will definitely... More

I am writing this as I lay here listening to the guy snoring in the adjacent room - the walls are paper thin. We have come early in the season and paid just a mere $300 per night. You could get a bigger more luxurious room at the Perisher Valley for the same price. We checked out the rooms at... More

Hi Tim H, Thanks for your feedback. Firstly our fine dining restaurant wasn't open at the time you wrote this review. It opens later in the season. Our pub meals receive excellent feedback as substantial, good quality pub fare. Comparing a fine dining restaurant to pub food is not really comparing apples with apples. We have an entire wing of... This is a hotel that caters for all ages. It has a great vibe and the staff are always super friendly. Always something on, whether it be a band, trivia or prize promotions. The restaurant is first class with a sweet view over the snow, or have a great burger and a few beers beside the log fire....Try the Whistler... More

We have stayed at the man for several years now and this place feels like home from the very minute that we walk through the door. The service is excellent and all the staff make us feel very welcome. We also enjoy catching up with other regular guests, who like us, stay here every year. The convenience of the car... More

This was an impromptu trip for myself and my husband one weekend where we woke up and decided to go to the snow for the first time. While the snow didn't disappoint and we had a blast, the hotel unfortunately was an overpriced let down which probably caters more for families than anything else. Check in was pleasant enough and...
