We have twice brought overseas family here and we really enjoyed the rainforest surroundings and the beautiful, comfortable wooden dwellings. The hosts are very friendly and professional. You'll love it....

Agree with the other positive reviews though feel we need to mention some caveats. We stayed in the 1 bedroom cottage and as others mention (and Black Sheep don't), it's got a composting toilet. ie, No plumbing. That's fine, but using it requires going outside onto the balcony. Not cool if it's swarming with bugs in the middle of the... More

Our eco friendly Cottage has a high tech composting toilet (very clean), and unfortunately the mentioned nights were extremely hot. We are open to criticism, during your stay and if there is anything we can do, we will fix it. More

We stayed one night in the Cottage. We agree with everything previously written about the graciousness of the hosts and the beauty of the place. Two small warnings. The "toilet" in the cottage is a "composting toilet," i.e., no water, a hole in the ground, and is on the porch of the cottage. It didn't smell much but had a... More

Your space there is beautiful and will definately come back to visit. Friends love my new creative coffee mugs, bowls that you hand crafted yourself. The sauna was fantastic, the pool clean and... We stayed here a week ago, so glad we found this awesome location/accommodation. On arrival (which was in the evening) we found the guesthouse and our hosts Mack & Suzanne to be both warm and welcoming, which was great since we had a 2 year old in tow. Everything was clean, comfortable and spacious. It rained pretty much for the 4... More
