Built in 2008, this energy efficient B&B combines good spacious rooms, excellent breakfast and proximity to Narooma's township. Heather and Kerry are particularly focused on making your stay enjoyable and assisting in whatever way they can and are a good source of advice on activities. I'd very happily stay here again.

This was our 3rd stay at "Anchors Away" . We decided to break up a trip from Bega back to Batemans Bay with a couple of nights in Narooma and this place is just perfect for a relaxing weekend . Heather and Kerry welcomed us in their great friendly manner. Nothing is too much trouble . Our room was spotless... More

Anchors Aweigh is centrally located in Narooma within walking distance of shops, restaurants, clubs and hotels. The establishment is spotlessly clean and the owners are friendly and helpful. The rooms are a good size and both the room and bathroom is well appointed. There are many choices for breakfast and as we stayed three nights we were able to sample... More

Thanks Heather and Kerry for a lovely couple of days stay at your B&B. Breakfast was fabulous and your kindness and hospitality, along with offers of extra assistance was greatly appreciated. Very comfortable bed and although weather didn't allow a balcony breakfast, I still had the opportunity to enjoy the view. Such great location. I don't think there is any... More

The hosts of Anchors Aweigh, Kerry and Heather, were devoted to making our overnight stay as comfortable and pleasant as possible. Historical and Aboriginal paintings throughout the house and bedrooms were an added attraction, and there were lots of little touches, like fluffy towels and classic Arnott's biscuit tins to make you feel at home. The hosts take the 'breakfast'... More

We stayed here for a couple on nights in March on the way to Sydney and glad we did. The owners could not do enough for us and have built a beautiful home. The house had been designed with everything in mind from good sized guest parking spaces to the excellent layout of the room with plenty of space for... More

We spent 2 nights in beautiful Narooma and our experience at Anchors Aweigh was very pleasant. Kerry and Heather were most welcoming, our room was well appointed, the bed very comfortable, the breakfast well cooked and presented and we couldn't have wanted for anything more. Lovely verandah area for a drink. Plenty of quirky bits and pieces to ponder over.... More

We spent two nights here. The location is great, about 10 minutes walk to the wharf and a few minutes from a golfcourse which has a nice restaurant, with good prices and an ocean view. We did not need our car in Narooma after we arrived at the B&B. The bed is comfortable, there is plenty of hot water in... More

We loved our night at Anchor's Aweigh as part of our 3 week journey in Australia. The owners are definitely detail people and work very hard to ensure that everything important is communicated to you. We smiled when we used the tea in our room.
