The Bong Bong Motel is the best in town, the owner is very friendly, there is no breakfast served but they have the Old Farm Kitchen down the road, excellent meal. It is budget motel @ $90 per night it's good value.

Have stayed in this motel twice now. It is almost as it would have been in the 70's other than the freshness of the rooms and flat screen TV. There aren't many options in Moss Vale but this is a good place to stay if you don't need luxury. It is very close to restaurants and cafes. The room was... More

Myself and the two children stayed again over Christmas. The gardens are looking beautiful and the rooms have been painted, new tiles in the bathrooms, new headboards for the beds, toaster, fridge, microwave, kettle, TV are all in good working order. The price is value for money and so close to town that you can walk a couple of minutes... More

Stayed here last night with my 12 yr old son as our car had broken down just outside of town and it was recommended by the tow truck driver. Friendly owner at reception booked us in with no hassles, joked around with my son and advised us on dinner options in town. Room was old but clean and fresh, newly... More

This owner operated 10 room motel probably reflects what we were getting in the 60s to early 70s with almost all country motels. After you navigate the rather eccentric owner the actual travel experience is OK, not brilliant but OK, considering the price is OK as well. As you can see from the photo the decor is a blast from... Arriving in Moss Vale by public transport on Christmas Day probably wasn't the smartest idea, but after finding the reception initially closed and that our pre-paid booking had been jumbled, the caretaker quickly returned to the motel and prepared our room. We stayed two nights in room 2 and found the room clean and comfortable, although the queen bed advertised... More

My family and I stayed in this lovely little (10 rooms) motel on our drive around the NSW country side. The room was clean, well cared for and when we requested more crockery we received it from the wonderfully helpful manager/owner there. He told us about places to visit and restaurants we could go to. He was very friendly and... More

Stayed in this shambles for a week and a second occasion for a few days. Inept management, has no email access, loses booking info. He double booked us so we had to leave mid week! (he booked us into a nearby hotel) Reception reeks of decay, like an old peoples home. A couple of rooms have been tarted up, but... More
