We did not receive the service or cleanliness expected from a B&B with a star rating of 4 1/2. We were careful to book B&B well in advance as it was our wedding anniversary and we wanted to relax without the chore of cooking breakfast and washing dishes. We were very surprised to see this review and can only assume that their adverse comments were influenced by their disappointment at having to cater for themselves during their stay. These guests were made aware of our change to self catering by email prior to booking, (we have correspondence that verifies this) and also from our website which they would...

This B&B is in a rural setting about 3 km south of Moruya. Our room was a good size with queen bed & an ensuite. A/C and a ceiling fan (which squeaked!). Bed was extremely comfortable. The Fan is fixed! We are so pleased that your stay at Bryn Glas was enjoyable, though very disappointed that the squeaky fan was not mentioned to us at the time of your stay as we would have fixed it immediately.
