I spent a night there last week and was a bit wary of what to expect after reading some negative reviews. But as usual, some people expect 5 star facilities when paying for budget accommodation. $60 for a single room that was spotless, had a TV , fridg and comfortable bed was amazing value compared to most other places I... Thank you for your review and glad you enjoyed your stay. It comforting to know that a seasoned traveller as yourself would give a good review on one of our smaller rooms that are usually booked by workers/contractors looking for a cheap rate. Again, thank you for your review and we hope to see you again. More

We spent one night at the Moruya Waterfront last week. It was basic, clean, comfortable and good value for the price. The location is excellent and pretty. We did not eat at the hotel as we visited Moruya specifically to eat at The River restaurant, just across the bridge from the Moruya Waterfront. We would not hesitate to stay again.

Let's face it the Waterfront Motel isn't competing with the Four Seasons, but it's clean, comfortable, great value for money and provides all you need for a decent nights sleep to break a long journey. I didn't use the restaurant, but had a very pleasant drink on the grass outside the bar watching the tide come up the river, whilst... More

Thank you for your kind words and I am glad that you enjoyed the stay. Your description was accurate and I can only agree with you that we are not the Four Seasons and do not provide that kind of accommodation. Unfortunately some people are on a beer budget but demand champagne surroundings. Again, thank you for your honest and... More

Stayed here for a week on business. Service is very good and they gave me a discount for my accommodation. Stayed at another large hotel in town the week before but his place was much better and cheaper. Food is excellent quality in restaurant and room is basic but has everything you need. Would definitely recommend.

My Husband and I stayed here for one night on business. We chose this hotel because of the price it was only $80 for the night. It was a very basic room but it was very clean and comfortable. My only gripes are that there are two large windows at the entrace to the room and the light was like... More

Thank you for your feedback and I am sorry that your stay was distrupted. Unfortunately the light that you are referring to is outside your bathroom window. This light and others are there for the safety and security of customers and their vehicles. The lights are on a timer which are turned off at 10.30pm each night. This time was... More

We had a great lunch at this pub. I had Calamari and chips and a brew, lovely spot and a great clean fresh food. Just the thing. The river is right in front and tables outside have a great view. For the Nationals the car park is easy and generous. Owner and bar staff as well as the chef are a... More

Thanks to this friendly place with excellent chips, I mean the best chips ever (I think they are beer battered), I went to a comfortable clean room, slept in and then went to the great markets across the bridge!! What a lovely town:)

Before we chose the Waterfront Hotel Motel we looked at rooms at the Adelaide Hotel just across the river in town. They were modern and looked recently completed or renovated, and were $100/night. The Waterfront Hotel Motel is attached to a pub/bistro. A live band was setting up when I inquired about rooms, and that should have tipped me off.... More

Thank you for your feedback. As a result of your feedback we have put in to place measures to prevent such indicretions happening again. (How to manage unreasonable customers) Although on the night, you were offered a full refund after complaining about music shortly after booking in, you still stayed knowing the party was still in it's early stages.
