We stayed in this motel for one evening in early March. Although the room was a little dated we found it to be very clean and comfortable. Actually it would be ideal for a weekend as it was perfectly located on Mollymook beach across from a small beach front restaurant. Just around the corner was the Mollymook Golf Club and... More

All the motel rooms are upstairs and have sea views. We spent 1 night here. This place could be a real gem but is let down by the hideous quilted bedspreads (so 1970's and unhygienic) and the old couch which desperately needs to be replaced - it was almost like sitting on the floor! Upside, the beds are very comfy.

We stayed here in February on a weeknight (twin share $120) and found it mostly suited our needs. The beds were comfortable enough, there was a small fridge and kettle and the bathroom had a good shower. The tv was smallish and lacked the digital tv channels. The only real downside was the lack of air-con. Even in February it... More

While understandably expensive at the height of the holiday period, there was no pool, no air-con and a tiny room. Tight car park. Staff were helpful and friendly but despite this and the ocean views the room was very basic, warm/stuffy and cramped for the price of $180 p/n.

We stayed here last night and found It to be clean and comfortable with a great view of the ocean. The room has the basic necessities and the owners are very pleasant and accomodating. It nice little spot for a stop over and at a good price.

We stay here all the time and have never had a problem. The rooms are always spotless, service is fantastic, it's a hop skip and jump away from the beach, and all the fasciities are always up to par. The location is perfect, the coffee shop and newsagent is right next door and it's always very quiet. Don't look any... More

Seaspray is just across the road from the beach, with a nice cafe and golf club in walking distance. All the rooms appeared to be upstairs (didn't spot a lift or ramp), with parking underneath. All rooms appeared to have a view of the ocean, although they do run down the length of the property rather than the width (Room... More

We were passing through Mollymook & called into the Seaspray after reading good reviews on Tripadvisor. Helen put us up in an upstairs room with a wonderful view of the sea. She was very friendly & happy and recommended places for dinners etc. The rooms were very reasonably priced considering the location & very neat & clean. Thank you for... More

The view from our balcony (I believe it was Room 2) was wonderful and the sound of the ocean fantastic. The room was spacious, well equipped and spotlessly clean. The café opposite served HUGE breakfasts and the Golf Club on the corner was amazingly cheap for meals. Helen was a marvellousl host and even did our washing for us and... More
