This is a place that may not suit everyone, but if you are embracing NSW then you should do this, after the humdrum mediocrity of overblown motels, this is the real deal. An awesome beach and perfectly delightful cabins, off the beaten track. You may have to share your breakfast with a wallaby,

This is a hidden gem. Close to the beach, very good amenities and decently priced. And of course the owners are super nice too. Highly recommended for guests visiting Australia. Get woken up by the roos and watch the cockatoos go at each other!

I stayed here in September with my husband, 3 children (including one in a wheelchair) and my father. We found the staff to be extremely friendly and helpful, and the kids loved everything about it. The grounds are gorgeous and we woke to kangaroos and birds at our doorstep. It wasn't warm enough to get full use out of the... More

We just stayed for 1 night enroute from Sydney to Melbourne. On arrival everything looked ok, the cabin appeared neat etc but when we went to have dinner there was a sticky spill on the dining table from a previous guest and when I put my son in the shower, he dropped the soap and when he picked it up... We stayed 3 nights with our toddler, great setting and good value for money. Perfect for kids with plenty space to run around, play park, pool, bbq's and wildlife right on the door step. Facilities are basic but clean. The wood fire is a nice touch, makes the cabins very cosy at night. Short drive to the beach, shops and... More

From the welcome by Julie I found this very comfortable ..magazines DVDS racquets balls food for the animals was all there for you to help yourself. I didn't get in the pool but some others seems to... More

Found this place through a deal on another site. Took the plunge and booked for 2 nights with a view to staying for three. With two pre-teen kids this was one of our most amazing long weekends away ever. Friendly Kangaroos, Rainbow Lorikeets, Cockatoos, Ducks and more to feed and pet. Comfortable accommodation, a wood fire in each cabin. Quite... More

It was the perfect place to stay for out first trip to Merimbula. The staff were friendly and welcoming. My children loved feeding the kangaroos every day (5) that we were there. I love that there was a supermarket and service station near by in Tura. We will stay in Woodbine again for our next trip. Rooms were better than... More

We stayed 3 nights over the Queen's birthday long weekend. The staff were lovely and the cabins were great, better than I was expecting. Everything we needed was in the cabin, and the double bed was super comfortable and warm. Favourite parts: Loved the potbelly fire (We had minimal experience with fires, so it was a novelty for us). The... More
