We recently spent two nights in a 2 bedroom deluxe villa (aka cabin) right on the lakes edge. We were contacted before we arrived to make arrangements in case we were late, but arrived in time to a very warm welcome from Debbie in reception. We were offered free DVD's and a large choice of board games as well as... More

Had a lovely time camping at Lake Ainsworth Holiday Park. The facilities looked very new, great camp kitchen and toilets and showers were excellent and full laundry facilities too. The park is right on the lake and the beach so you have a choice of what you'd like to do. Kids had fun riding their bikes around the park -... More

We stayed here two nights in a family cabin and were very impressed with the location and the amenities in the cabin. The kids loved the lake and spent a lot of time swimming and enjoying their time in the water which was less than 100 m from our door. We love the little village in Lennox and over a... More

I stayed in our van and my son and his family stayed in a cabin. The van site was good with a concrete slab for the van and the annex while the cabin was small, though if you pay more you can get a bigger cabin. The facilities are near new and excellent. The lake is a short walk away... More

Nice area. Close to beach. We stayed in a villa nice and clean. Did find it a little expensive. Kids enjoyed and so did i. We were right next to the lake which was nice. Everything's close. Or short walk. Nice for a break.

No shade No views hugely over populated very long walk to camp kitchen. Very orientated to family's with lots of kids . Only the fact we had to pay in advance ($51 per night) with NO refunds has made us stay. Want a good campground that offers value for your $$$ Go elsewhere .

We were looking for somewhere hubby could canoe and I could spend time watching the ocean. Lake Ainsworth Holiday Park met our needs. On arrival we were greeted by very friendly office staff. We were camping in a camper trailer but wanted a powered site..As we were prepared with our own shade awnings we had no problems with our site,... More

We stayed for three nights on a camp site. Most are not powered or have water or any shade. Between the camp sites and the lake is a public road which attracts quite a few vehicles at all hours of the day and night. There is no fence so watch out for the kids running onto that road. The amenities... More

I stayed here for 1 night in a Deluxe Family Villa, 2 adults, 2 kids aged 4/4.. This was the last cabin available so I took it as was there for an event.. The cabins are lovely, modern decor, clean, comfortable and air-con. Initially I thought it was a little pricey but after seeing the cabin, they are lovely with... More

Great and clean park with friendly and helpful staff. Amenities were clean and sites were a good size. The view of the lake was nice. We stayed as a family with young children and would have given a higher rating if there was more play equipment like some other caravan parks.
