My husband and I stayed at the Guesthouse for two nights as a 'baby moon'- a little getaway before the birth of our first child. We stayed in the Port Douglas suite which was lovely. It had a spacious spa and a balcony overlooking lush green gardens. Our hosts were lovely and friendly, and provided a hearty breakfast. The pool... More

My 76-year-old father and brother crossed two continents to attend my wedding and the last thing I wanted for them was to stay in some stuffy hotel room. The KSG could not have been more perfect...beautifully manicured natural surroundings, sumptuous breakfasts, and a hospitality that couldn't be rivaled elsewhere. Julie is certainly the heart of this serene establishment and was... More

Had a one night stay here as a romantic getaway. Just beautiful. From the manicured gardens to the quaint rooms fitted with antiques. Through to the remarkably personalized service. Would definitely recommend.

This has to be the best place to stay in Kingscliff! Julie has an eye for detail and for making her guests feel truly welcome. The house and surrounds are a peaceful delight and the breakfast was perfect in every way, it was an absolute pleasure to wake up to a leisurely breakfast overlooking the pool and gardens. Our room... More

I stayed here back in March 2010, prior to flying out of Coolangatta International Airport for a holiday in Thailand. The landscaped gardens and beautiful formal in-ground swimming pool, set the scene for what is a very serene, peaceful, luxurious place to stay. This is more a place for couples and doesn't cater to families or children, which I think... More

My husband & I stayed for the 3 nights. We had previously stayed at the Mantra at Kingscliffe at least 10 seperate occasions - however never again. Once you find Kingscliffe Guesthouse you will never stay anywhere else!!! Julie & Ian are a delight. They were extremely friendly & very flexible (I have a number of food allergies that needed... We booked a guest room at Kingscliff seaside guesthouse for my boyfriends birthday. Even before we arrived Julie was a pleasure to deal with and went out of her way to make sure our arrival and stay were unforgettable; lovely birthday cupcakes and balloons were a lovely surprise. The manicured gardens, delicious breakfast, beautiful furnishings and tranquil property were absolutely... More

From the moment you reach this guesthouse you know you are in for something special. The gardens, the accommodation, the hosts, the food are all impeccable. Great value too. So much nicer than staying in a big resort or hotel.
