Good location for Jamberoo (treetop walk, minamurra falls, jamberoo action park). Received a call at 5pm as I was leaving to drive down to tell me the cook had called in sick and that there would be no on-site restaurant. When I arrived (about 6.30/7) also no one at reception so keys sticky taped to reception door. Room quite spacious... More

"Christmas in July" We attended the inaugural function for the reopening of this establishment. The menu was very basic as expected but with a little thought could be improved greatly. They should also remember to cater for vegetarians. The entertainment provided by Jodi was excellent. The rooms although they have been spruced up had mould in the showers, cobwebs on... More

Was not as bad as mentioned by people here. On the long weekend (queens hols) Hot water: plenty. Attentive staff: check. Restaurant and bar with character: check. Good surroundings check. Beds : firm and non existent springs would be my feedback. Having said that, my wife and Mom in law didn't complain. My infant son didn't complain either :) !... More

2 rooms, 2 nights stay. BEDS ROCK HARD. CHICKEN Snitzel was served RAW in the middle, tiny red ANT INFESTATION, ruined sealed food. NO WATER in the morning for showers, kettle and TOILET. Lack of COMMUNICATION and RECORD KEEPING regarding what had been pre paid. Jamberoo Resort, this place is not. Over $1000 pre paid for 2 days with a... More

I went to day to make an enquiry about a group company party as we had done in the past. The lady at front counter seemed as if i had bothered her mobil phone session then Mr Personality The Manager came from the back office. They didnt care what we had done in the past , he said were new... More

I chose this accommodation based on the 4 1/2 star rating, recent renovation and large pool. We were able to check into the family room early which was much appreciated. The room decor was rather ugly, the bathroom had been modernised but really needed a deep clean, with excess grout, shoddy paint job and lack of attention to detail. The... More

We were greeted by helpful and friendly staff on arrival and found our room to be clean, modern and tidy. On opening the back door we were delighted to see a beautiful in ground pool with bbq facilities adjacent, a tennis court, and loads of swings and other fun items to keep everyone occupied. We found the grounds were lovely... More

when my partner and I got to our room we had only just sat on the bed to discover it was rock hard (would be like sleeping on the floor). We also discovered that they had even put a honeycomb foam layer as a poor attempt to 'fix' this issue (which to me screams regular complaints). When we spoke to... More

This place has potential but sadly I was disappointed, It should not be called a resort. Jamberoo Valley Lodge is much better suited name, I don't know how they got there 4/5 star ratingfor starters ... The new owners have tried to fix up the place you can definately see that however the small things are what matters most. --... More

You have to bear in mind that this place is a 'work in progress'. It was obviously very run down and dated, but according to one staff member, the property was sold around 2012 and closed until late 2014 for renovations. The new owners seem keen to spend some dollars and modernise the facilities. The rooms have been updated with... More
