I've been to most of the hotel in huskission and there are only so many to choose from but this is the best one I have found. Yes it's dated but it's clean it's fresh its in the heart of huskission and above all you have the sweetest couple running the place who will go above and beyond to help... More

Old fashioned but very comfortable, and great location. I am fussy about beds and I found the bed quite adequate. Only comment is that the towels could be updated, but to be fair I suppose people take them to the beach. Really appreciated the scent burner in the room, lovely touch.

We didn't book very far in advance, so our hotel choices were pretty limited for Jervis Bay area. We really chose Bayside because it was one of the only ones still available, and the location was great. Service was great and you can't beat the location. Aside from that, it's a pretty average motel. Rooms are dated, but large and... More

Pros - great location, big room, air con works and comfy beds. Peter, the owner was friendly. The Bluebottle restaurant at front served a great big breakfast! Cons - The motel is very dated, the rooms does not contain its own hair dryer, iron or ironing board (one will be provided upon request but that's a pain to ask each... More

I have recently taken over the resort so there is much to learn and do. My small group of staff have had a bumper season of guests to accommodate, and during the quieter months the resort will be going through an upgrade. Part of this upgrade includes hair dryers irons and ironing boards being supplied to each room, along with bathroom... More

Stayed here for one night at the end of January. The hotel is quite dated, but in a great location and the rooms are large. The man who checked us in was friendly and directed us to our room. The photos in the website showed how dated the rooms were so I was expecting this, however I felt it was... More

Stayed here for 1 night and wished I hadn't. Very dated room, shocking saggy mattress, paper thin walls and kept awake till stupid o'clock by the massive group of lads in the rooms next to us. Then a few of them went outside there room to smoke and within seconds our room smelled of smoke because of the size of... More

The rooms are dated but are kept immaculately clean by my dedicated staff. The room in question has a queen bed and base which upon inspection is as new. The so called paper thin walls are solid brick construction. The issue of persons smoking outside rooms is being addressed and am shortly having a dedicated smoking area away from the... More

Stayed in a 'comfy room'. Room was pretty basic but was very big and clean with a good hot shower. The location is awesome being just off the main strip and close to Hyams beach and Booderee national park. It gets a bit noisey but it's not too bad. A tad pricey but it was peak season so to be... Our room was very comfortable and quiet with all the basics. Exactly as we expected. The big surprise was the hotel restaurant, which served one of the best seafood meals I've had. Don't miss it! Location was great - across the road from the park, moments from the beach, and a short walk to the Huskisson Pub and all shops.... More

Stayed here at end October 2014 for 3 nights, Apartment is comfortable with tv fridge aircon as standard.Beds were hard but reasonably comfortable. Exceptional value for money when compared to other properties in this area. Overall I was quite satisfied with this apartment.

We actually upgraded before we check in to get a better view and bigger room which overseeing the park and the water front for $180. And it proved that we made a big mistake. It appears that this nice quiet town had people partying crazier than Sydney! We had crowds talking loud laughing and loud music from our balcony screen... More
