We stayed here about three weeks ago for one night. We were out bush walking for most of the day. We wanted to stay somewhere quiet for the evening. The location is lovely, if you can see it. We did not have a cabin on the water, we had a view of three of four of our neighbours. Thankfully they... More

We stayed for a weekend at a cost of $285 per night in a 2 bed room unit. For that money I expect clean accommodation and facilities to be as advertised. A "fully equipped" kitchen was promised as was a bath. Neither were provided. The kitchen had a tatty old single portable hot plate and two tiny saucepans. In addition... More

Great spot right on the water, bungalows clean, well appointed and presented. Only stopped from rating it excellent by the steep driveway access which you have to walk down after leaving the car at the top. It is not for less mobile people, but a great spot.

Lovely place, yet room 6 has a very uncomfortable queen bed, squeeks and moves every time you move in it, woke up with sore back. Very uncomfortable considering the price we paid, we would have expected a comfortable main bed.

We stayed in Waterfront #3, it turned out this was the best location as you don't have anyone walking past your unit. Fantastic views of the river and out to the bay, it was so great to have the private jetty outside our door, launching our paddleboards was so easy.

I stayed in the Budget cabin with my husband and two kids. It was not right on the water but had a lovely view of it from the living area. It was nice to fish of the little jetty and the kids loved the pool and the cubby house. The budget cabin has not been renovated like the others which... More

Keen to get away from the big city for New Years' and a enjoy a beach-side retreat for a few days, we booked a cabin at Anglesea and hoped for the best. Accommodation in this area of NSW at this time of year is often much more expensive than an overseas trip, so we absolutely wanted value for money. The... More

The undisturbed waterfront cabins, where you can just sit and watch the tide come in or go out are a real tonic. On first glance, we felt that the furnishings were not the standard we expected for the price, but they were adequate and comfortable. The only drawback was that the car had to be left at street level, but... More

I've spent three glorious nights here in one of the front three cottages. Whilst not cheap, the setting was stunning, very relaxing, and only a stroll into Huskisson. I found the bedding and accommodation in general to be excellent, although our reception on a Sunday was underwhelming. Cleanliness, quality of the fittings and fit out of this cabin couldn't be... Plus: the cabins on the water are fairly private and the view is nice, the kitchen and bathroom are modern and well appointed. Minus: the living area is very small, the bed and linen are substandard, the breakfast provisions include tea and coffee but no milk and spreads but no bread?! Considering the price, the quality of bed linen and... More
