We rang a few motels at Gundagai 10mins before we arrived at the area. We nearly given up. Until I made a call to this place around 9pm. Margaret was very accommodating. She was absolutely warm and friendly. We got a Queen Superior Cabin 14. The place is very clean. Highly recommended

We were impressed with this park. The under cover powered sites are a real bonus and even though we opted to do without the ensuite, facilities were accessible close by. Dinner was accessed via a short walk to the Services Club. It was nearly close enough to the Hume highway for traffic noise to be a problem but we slept... More

We stayed here for one night on our way home. As we have a camper Trailer - Jayco swan - we were fearful of overnight rain on our last stop. The undercover em-suite sites are fantastic. Bathroom spotless and we even had a clothes line. Never seen that attached to an en-suite before. I can't comment on other facilities as... More

We were recently fortunate to grab a warm, dry and cosy cabin on a dark stormy torrential rainy night. From the phone call (while on the drive down the coast) to being handed the keys, the whole transaction was easy. The cabin was simple yet comfortable. Basically the cabin consists of one room with an ensuite off the side and... More

Recently stayed in drive through undercover caravan sight with shared amenities (although we had it all to ourselves) for an overnighter on our way home to Victoria. Very convenient if you don't want to unhook as all facilities in the town are a short walk away, including excellent asian menu in the RSL Club just across the road. The van... More

Stayed one night on way through to Canberra. The under cover concept is just amazing and could really be played on! Man at desk a little sarcastic and his private jokes at your expense are irritating. Seemed quite grumpy and wasn't helpful. Not much of a playground but it seems most people are only staying one night anyway. I'd recommend... More

Very impressed with this park. We pulled in with our van and due to cold, wet and foggy weather coming in the operator put us on an ensuite site instead of a grass site. The ensuite sites here are designed so you can drive through, are on cement and under a roof. Fantastic! The park also offers individual unisex bathrooms... More

The undercover ensuite van site facilities here are almost unique with TV connection, power, water, and sullage all together in one convenient spot right next to your van. Even the shared amenities are spacious ensuite rooms; so much more convenient than the usual small cubicles found at most parks.

We were travelling in our Crusader RV and decided to stay overnight at the historic town of Gundagai. After driving around we were attracted to the Gundagai Cabins & Tourist Park. The location was close to the town & shopping centres. This tourist park has covered en-suites to garage the RV under which is quite beneficial. The site is very... More

We stayed in a 2 bedroom cabin and it was perfect for the one night. Easy walk into town for dinner. The kids had fun on the old fashioned playground. Unfortunately it is very close to the highway so there was quite a bit of noise right through the night from the trucks.
