Not sure why this establishment is classified as a B&B by Tripadvisor. It is motel, no question, and a very large one at that. So if you looking for a cute-as B&B, keep driving. As a motel, we found it excellent: huge and spotlessly clean room, comfy bed and as our room was well away from the busy main road,... More

We stayed for 2 nights as part of a big group in town for a wedding and found the Kidman to be a very accommodating option with great service and everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We were in the homestead wing which is at the back of the property and furthest from the road so is very quiet.... More

Recently on a business trip we stayed at this hotel for a few days. We had a room with two double beds and in spite of this i found it to be quite spacious. Did not try the restaurant but had heard from the locals that the food is quite good. Griffith leagues club is within walking distance offering good... More

Do not stay here, it isn't safe or clean. Groups of bogans pile in here for their parties and management exonerate themselves by putting up meaningless 'don't party' signs. What do they think is going to happen when they rent out a room to 10 tradies with boxes of alcohol in the back of their utes. It is also really... More

Stayed at the Kidman for a week traveling with work - stayed in the mid range room which was a good size and well equipped although the bathroom facilities could do with an update. Room was very clean and daily service was efficient. Ate at the on site restaurant once during the stay and although the food was fine there... More

We stayed at the Kidman to attend a local family celebration. Whilst nothing outstanding the room was neat and tidy and had everything you would expect from a basic hotel room. The beds were comfortable and shower, bathroom facilities were good. Reception staff were professional with no problems with check in (they confirmed booking with a phone call in the... More

The way this motel is set out is a credit to the designers. It allows you a certain level of privacy available at very few places. The rooms, all 80 of them, are set out in "wings" over nearly 3 acres I`d say , at a guess, with plenty of parking. I found the motel staff in reception very courteous... More

Whilst this Hotel is the best in town, it doesn't have any standout features, in places its rather old and tired, never the less, its still clean and tidy. The rooms are quite large and have a rather homely feeling, with a back door leading out to a shared courtyard. The layout of the collective rooms is rather interesting; rooms... More

We recently stayed at the Kidman on our way from Wollongong to Adelaide. Whilst the motel is not new, the rooms were fastidiously neat and clean. Great value family accommodation and the staff went out of their way to help us! Highly recommend this as a value for money place to stay!
