We've been to the Roundabout Inn a few times with friends when we visit Gloucester. The food was great! The kids loved the play area. From the pup meal to the pizza everything weve had has been tasty. They can get busy during holiday times though. Its a must if your driving through or local.

I've stayed here at least 10 times, last time 5th june 2015, and the friendly atmosphere never changes. The accommodation is well worth the price, and is in a handy position in a courtyard at the back of the pub. They always ask if I want to lock my motorbike up in the garage. The bar staff have always been... More

Walked to the Roundabout Inn from our accommodation up the road as we had seen it was well patronised when we drove into town. It was also highly recommended by Janine who helped us out with sourcing accommodation when we stopped at a service station to ask for directions. Good country pub with a real local vibe. The pizza we... More

The previous reviews steered us towards this motel, but even though it has been renovated, the rooms are very small, and my side of the bed was against the wall. The blinds were broken and the view through them was of a very unkempt back yard. There were pubic hairs in the tiny bathroom which had no power point. Two... More

Dear Janet We are sorry to hear of your review and we apologise for said disappointment. We do need to say that we are disappointed that our room was not clean enough, all effort is taken and sadly sometimes things are missed. We do need to respond to a few things that you mentioned. Firstly, the rooms are small, we... More

We stopped in Gloucester as we travelled through and had been recommended this little quiet pub. What a delight! Staff were so friendly and accommodating. Food was made to order and all reasonably priced. We all enjoyed our meal and would definitely recommend to anyone thinking of going to Gloucester.

We stopped into the Roundabout for a drink and a quick lunch. The beer selection is exceptional and the caesar salad was outstanding - so good in fact we decided to come back for dinner. Thoroughly enjoyed a pizza and (again) a prawn caesar salad. Very reasonably priced wines and wonderfully friendly staff in both the bar and the bistro.... More

Was it a five star stay for a business traveller? No. But for a pub stay, in a nice town, on the way through to somewhere else it was brilliant! Room was very small but clean and newly furnished. The manager was really friendly and personable and opened the garage to park my motorbike (displacing his ute). Had a meal... More

We did not stay at the Accomodation. We cannot comment on rooms. We had the Pizza for dinner along with a herb-bread. It was fantastic! The herb-bread was very crumble-in-your-mouth texture, and the Chicken pizza was one of the best I have had. The service was very quick and the owner serving us smiled (unlike Riverwood Downs - read my... More

The hotel provides very good food and beer. Pizza is very good. The rooms are very tired and cleanliness is of a low standard. The rates are cheap so you get what you pay for I suppose. There is no covered parking but you can secure your motorbike in the garage area. Used by a lot of touring bike riders... More

Thank you for your feedback. We're disappointed that the room cleanliness wasn't up to standard. We willlook into that! We were surprised about your comments about the rooms being tired considering that they we recently renovated with new everything ie. tvs, beds, air conditioners. They are small and the building was built in the 60's. More
