Between Sydney and the North Coast of NSW or the inland centres of Tamworth and Armidale, this is a great place to stopover fro a few days. Gloucester is a delightful town, and the location is goergous (if the frackers don't ruin it). The town's holiday park is a beautiful place, with a creek running through and multiple places to... Have stayed here before several times now. Is old not kept up that well but the ammenties are clean. The good thing about this place is that you can have a big group and a camp fire it is very laid back place. The park backs onto the river and can walk to clubs pubs and main street with cafes etc...Good for... Plenty of powered sights for caravans, camping etc. Pet friendly, reasonable amenities.Pretty good value for the price. There is a walking/cycle track nearby & the centre of the town is within walking distance.

Nice surrounds, but avoid the cabins on booking I specifically asked about the condition of the cabins, and was told they were old but very clean, far from it, they were disgusting to say the least, BBQ was not safe, old and had to get a Mcgiver to light it, close to town centre which was nice, next time take... It was just too easy staying at this park. From ringing Debbie to confirm availability to meeting her other half as he drove around the park to check all was well, this place is a ripper! The sites are spacious and well cared for. My friend and I loved that we could pick our sites and let them know which... More

This is another of NSW stunning locations. Its on the Gloucester River which flows gently through the property. Heaps of room for single tent campers and the facilities are clean and grounds tidy. Staff here are lovely and very friendly. Unfortunately, cannot always say same about those who are neighbours. We moved our small tent late in the evening as... More

We have just spent 4 days in this great park on the banks of the beautiful Gloucester River. With plenty of room on a grassy, shady site for our van, we were a short stroll to pristine water for a cool off. The park is near the hub of the town which has a friendly vibe, even a new Woolies.... More

Revisiting old ground form many years ago, this caravan park hasn't changed ,just got larger and a little older. The area around, the parklands has been upgraded and the pathways along the river are lovely, great place to walk and admire nature. There are lots of old ,and tired looking permanent vans which detract from the park. Camp kitchen and... More

We were considering staying at the park but we need to fill one of our LPG bottles - the small 4L size. I was quoted $30 for a refill - if that is not gouging the consumer I don't know what is. Needless to say we did not bother with the booking if that is there attitude.

Recently spent 5 nights in this park. It is a big roomy park with lots of tent and caravan sites. We parked our van on an unpowered site in a quiet shady spot. Which was great as during the day temperatures was above 30 and the night to about 8. The ammenities were satisfactory and had a small camp kitchen.... More
