We were caught short camping in the mountains by the weather and thank goodness for the Park! Cabins generally are aging but adequate, ablution facilities are clean and well maintained. A variety of cabins at competitive prices. A good place for hop off to the local national parks.

Plenty of shade, large, grassy campsites, friendly staff and although we were camped beside a river we were close to town. amenities were clean and the sites were very reasonably priced - would definitely return.

A nice and peaceful place very close to the town. Prices are fair and the staff was really nice! There is a big pool just next to the park and running around it is a river where you can have a swim on a warm day!

I stayed at Gloucester Holiday Park when backpacking through Australia, it has some great nature views as it is located just behind a big mountain next to a river that you can swim in. The people working there was very helpful and the rooms are nice and tidy. Next to the park is a few sports fields and a 2... More

Stayed here with friends in which we all had different accomadation. Camping grounds are great sizes in which room to move and were not on top of one another. I stayed in cabin which was quiet and comfortable. Very clean cabins and for the price was very reasonable compared to other places I have stayed in. There is beautiful river... More

Old smelly cabins, towels smelt like cigarette smoke. Place needs updating. Way overpriced, for that standard in the middle of nowhere $65-70 is more like it. Great location if you bring your own caravan or tent!! Lady at reception was nice.

We booked a cabin at this underwhelming park. At $90 per night for the cabin and with very good motel rooms at $110 we expected a certain level of amenities, oh how wrong we were. We stay in cabins when away on business because of the cooking facilities and feel of home we get. This stay was very very disappointing,... More

We recently stayed at the park with friends as we tried out our brand new motorhome. We booked as a group & were told there would be a discount but I didn't double check on check in. We were charged full price! The van site was near the room my friends booked - thankfully. The room was terrible.A fixed van... More

Lots of space and shade and freedom. Pet friendly. Fire drums can be supplied at a cost with wood. Walk to town and swimming river and walk to children's bike park, swimming pool. The grounds and amenities could do with a bit more attention. Cabins are ordinary and basic. Some site boundaries are not well defined. There are small and... More
