We recently experienced this wonderful B&B, the home was just beautiful and surrounded by exquisite gardens. The highlight for my Husband and I was the hospitality of the owners John and Sue, it is evident they love what they do. They ensured our stay was welcoming and homely and we loved sharing stories with them. Thanks for the wonderful stay... More

My wife and I stayed for one night during our road trip up the east coast of Australia. We were warmly welcomed by Sue and John with an afternoon tea and a delicious self-made cake. It was a bit chilly outside and therefore they had already lit the guest room's fireside (!) and we could enjoy its heat after a... More

A truly truly beautiful B&B. The only regret we had was that we only stayed for one night on our way back to Brisbane. John and Sue made us feel most welcome. Excellent accommodation all round. Wood fire lit and a delicious afternoon tea on our arrival. Breakfast was amazing. Our warmest thanks to you both for making our stay... More

It is one of those comforts that make you feel relaxed straight away. John and I would love you to come and stay again... More

We spent a delightful night at the Mossgrove Bed & Breakfast, and wish we were there for longer. This has to be one of the best B&B’s I have ever stayed in anywhere in the world. Sue & John were delightful hosts and ever so helpful, booking us into the local restaurant, lighting the lovely wood burner for us so... More

Hi Amy, Such a great review and so pleased that you both enjoyed your stay so much. We try to ensure our guests comfort is paramount. Certainly as the nights start to cool, there is nothing more relaxing than sitting in front of a wood fire in your own private sitting room. Your comments are very much appreciated. Many thanks,... Beautiful Charming B & B set amongst glorious gardens. A wonderful afternoon tea on arrival with a scrumptious Apple Cake. Sue & John are wonderful hosts, they make you feel welcome from the moment you arrive. Beautifully appointed accommodation with the little touches that mean so much. Mossgrove B&B far exceeded our expectations. Immaculate, private, "home away from home" feeling accommodation. Hosts are second to none with the friendly, warm and welcoming environment they create. Superb breakfast. Lovely afternoon tea on arrival. We'll be back and recommending this place to our friends and family for sure.

Glad you enjoyed your first stay at a Bed and Breakfast and thank you for choosing Mossgrove as your place to stay in Dorrigo. We take pride in our breakfasts and offer around five cooked breakfast options. Must say that Eggs Benedict with smoked salmon is one of our guests favourites but the Italian omelette with Sicilian tomato sauce is... More

What a magnificent B&B - set in beautiful gardens (if you have the time take up John and Sues offer of a garden tour - it was fascinating and they are both very knowledgeable). My brother, his wife and I had two wonderful nights at Mossgrove staying in the two lovely adjoining rooms in a separate annex. We also enjoyed... More

Some hosts just get it right. Welcoming from the start with tea and delicious home-baked cake. Accommodation is in a lovely adjoining but separate annex to the main house with 2 bedrooms, separate lounge, large kitchen/laundry and equally large bathroom with a big shower. A wet afternoon was spent inside and the separate lounge is very comfortable. Others have mentioned... More

Thank you both so very much for taking the time to write a review. We try to ensure guests have a relaxing stay at Mossgrove and sitting out on the verandah listening to the birds, or sitting by the fire, having afternoon tea certainly is a great start.
