Great place if you want a quiet stay in a relaxed environment. There is a 'bar' on sight and cheap, reasonable wifi. There is also a pool and lots of hammocks to sleep in! There may be en-suite rooms, but the shared facilities are absolutely fine and clean. The rooms are basic, no air-con, just a fan, but you'll want... More

I stayed here as part of a tour. Honestly, although it was an interesting experience and I'm glad I did it, I'm also thankful we only stayed their for a night. I stayed in a room with 4 bunks. We all had to share one key, there was only one electrical outlet and it was very hot at night. The... More

Hi Dela The tour option you booked on, is a max of 4 bed in dorm - basic budget accommodation. You can book and upscale to standard, double and private rooms for extra costs. If you were not happy with some of the things in your budget room it would have been very easy for you to ask for -... More

Chelle and Rosco make this place a home from home. From the moment I walked through the door, they were interested in you as a person. Any apprehension I had about the 5 day surf camp were put to bed straight away. I shared a dorm with two other girls on the same enrolment. We had a blast. The environment... More

Amazing place and then some! I was lucky enough to stumble across Surfaris Camp during a road trip I was doing in November. As soon as I arrived I was met by such friendly staff and offered a very comfortable bed and was made to feel at home immediately. Of course I was here to surf and the staff were... More

Best place I've stayed in Australia! Reception is open 24 hrs and didn't mind we were 2 hrs late. The beds were super comfy and the whole place was super clean with steamy hot showers. You can hear the beach when you sleep and it's a short drive to the main beach in town. The receptionist was super helpful and... More

I was apart of the intermeditate - advanced week long Surfaris. The surf locations are fantastic, the guides are local, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. We got waves everyday because the guide was able to find the best location using his local knowledge. The accommodation is super relaxed, clean, quiet and a great place to stay. All staff are very friendly,... More

I signed up for the five day surf camp on the recommendation of a friend who went a couple of years back. I arrived in Australia Friday morning and was supposed to be picked up on Monday morning. Friday evening I received an email cancelling the trip "due to unsafe surf conditions". I emailed back asking about the break they... More

We stayed at this camp for a week and got to surf the most beautiful remote locations in New South Wales. Our instructor Blaky was awesome. He taught us not only how to surf but also surf etiquette and how to read the ocean. This was our favorite memory during our trip to Australia. We can't wait to go back.... More

Surfaris Surf Camp was one of the best weeks of my life. The accommodation was so relaxing, the days were filled with catching awesome waves, and the nights were filled with music and dancing. I had never surfed before in my life and was up on the board within the first hour out there. The staff are amazing; so friendly... More

Thankyou very much for your feedback. As you mentioned we at Surfaris are able to go the extra steps and teach you to be a surfer and not just give surf lessons and the secret is that we are mobile and have access to 15 different surf breaks. This gives us the opportunity to be able to teach you the... More
