I'm probably being harsher than warranted giving them 3 out of 5, but that is mainly due to the bed being past its best - I get grumpy when I have to sleep in a bed with a depression in the springs. (OH's side of the bed was fine, apparently). We made a reservation by email for a Friday night... More

We booked a family room for two adults and three children. What we got was a small apartment. A main room that was very spacious, another spacious room that slept three with plenty of space and then a separate area with a bench and storage facilities. I can't speak highly enough of the accommodation. It is slightly dated but still... More

Well when we arrived back pm, the beds were made, cups, glasses not washed, towels bathmat still on floor,& all this for $155!! first time ever in a... More

We drove up on spec as a family of five and decided on a 2br family unit. This exceeded our expectations: the 2 rooms were very large, light-filled with floor to ceiling sliding windows, and very tastefully furnished with wood and leather-look furniture. In other words, elegant if not ultra-modern. The main bedroom had a queen bed, couch, table and... More

As a couple we stayed here after travelling from Victoria. The room was well appointed, large and had a modern, minimal fit out. No DVD player, no mini bar, no art on the walls and only soap and shower cap in the bathroom. The bathroom was huge but dated and tired looking with the tiles needing mould treatment in places.... The family room we booked seemed good by the description on the web page - it far exceeded that. Two adults and three children easily fitted into the two bedrooms - one with a wonderfully comfortable queen bed, and the other with a queen and a single - plenty of room to move. Some fittings were a little dated but... More

All good, rooms clean, plenty of parking, receptionist very friendly. Like all rural motels 'Franco Cozzo' decor lives on. Motel close to town. Restaurant food average. Room price very reasonable. This motel would have to be the best in town. Recommend when in town to find the local butcher as they have the best meat pies. Love the footy oval,... More

The Acacia is well located in town, walking distance to many eating options as well as having their own in house restaurant. Breakfast is included in the price, available from 7am. The rooms are very spacious though are a little tired, maintenance is needed but that said it's very clean. The fridge in our room didn't work very well and... More

A clean motel with good service, offered complementary breakfast which was well utilised and appreciated. Spacious rooms, however some facilities are a little dated. Other than that, a quiet, convenient location.
