A Beach House at Byron is pretty nice. We stayed in the Studio. If you want to make a basic meal without cooking on a stove or oven, then the place is setup pretty well with plates, glasses, tea and coffee and a microwave. Room is nicely laid out and the property is easy to find. It's reasonable value for... More

Stayed here over a weekend for a wedding. I had been in contact with the owner of the business numerous times before arriving. when we arrived we were not informed that there wasn't a reception for check in. after waiting an hour, calling and emailing the owner we checked up on booking.com to find that it was a 'let yourself... This property is a large block with a choice of 4 accommodations. 1 small one at the street front end, 2 in the middle main large house and a gazebo type accommodation at rear of property which overlooks a lovely river view. I stayed in the 3rd accommodation called the Cottage. It was double story and was fairly comfortable, with... More

We stayed in the cottage and it was very well equipped with all the kitchen utensils, furnishings and towels/sheets etc to make for a very comfortable stay. The wood fire heater was a definite plus. Staff friendly and ready to assist. The view from the pier is beautiful and the location is great - just out of the hectic byron... More

I've stayed here so many times and I love it each time I stay. The cottage is gorgeous and the view from out the front is beautiful. It's such a lovely quiet location and the cafes on the corner have great entertainment and food, I was surprised to see such a happening scene at belongil.

We stayed in the Garden Wing. The description was accurate but it did not suit us to have the 'kitchen' in the bedroom and have to wash up the dishes in the bathroom. As the weather was rainy there was nowhere to sit indoors except on the bed. The two chairs were out on the balcony overlooking the path leading... More

We loved the gazebo, on arrival it was clear this was the pick of the bunch if your a couple looking for some privacy and something different. In winter the semi outdoor shower and toilet is an adventure but you cant help but fall in love with the place, the view, wildlife and location is breathtaking. We never actually saw... More

The Cottage has great potential as it has plenty of space, however it is far from luxurious, the photos on the website are very flattering and make it look much nicer than it actually is. The lounge is not 'cosy' as described, we found it uncomfortable with poor lighting, the furnishings looked like a mixture of things from someone's house... More

This was a gem of a spot for a couple who likes quiet, but also likes to be able to walk to the beach. Also the "downtown" was about a 20 minute walk by beach which felt perfect. The accommodation had adequate utensils in room to make our own food, which we did for breakfast and lunch. Only negative was... More

Stayed in studio for two nights. Two minutes drive from the town centre. Very pleasant and relaxing atmosphere, friendly staff, amazing view on lightning in the sky during the storm through the glass inserts in the roof :) Room has nice wooden floor and furniture. Convenient parking: can reach your car from bathroom actually.
