We stayed with Cavvanbah for 4 nights, and this is one of the first times that the accommodation added to our enjoyment of the holiday. It is so close to the beach (a quiet area to enjoy), 15 minutes' walk from town, and the owners were very friendly, helpful and relaxed. It is like staying in the house owned by... More

This is one of the best boutique properties I have stayed at anywhere in the world. It has a perfect location just across the nature strip from beautiful Belongil Beach which makes it quiet and peaceful. However, it is only a ten minute walk either along the beach or the road to get into the centre of town. The rooms... More

My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights as part of our wedding anniversary getaway. Geoff and Steven were very welcoming and all of their small touches made it a perfect stay. Breakfast delivered to your room each afternoon (for the next morning) was delicious as well as the baked goods that you find in your room after you... More

This is the best place in Byron Bay. Its close enough to be only a 10 minute walk to the centre of town, and yet far enough away to be lovely and peaceful and quiet. Your breakfast is hand delivered in the afternoon the day before, so its ready to go what ever time you decide to get out of... More

Stayed here for 2 nights in the room with spa. Place was clean and owners are friendly and welcoming. Rooms have reverse cycle aircon so it was great as byron can get quite cold in winter. The breakfast is great. Its local, delicious, generous and mainly organic. Both mornings we were brought some fresh hot muffins to our room too!... More

We were part of a big 50th birthday group and had booked the entire place for the weekend. It was pure bliss to have the entire establishment to ourselves, but I also think I could happily stay if I didn't know the other guests! Spotless and very comfortable! Can't recommend it too highly! Sensational spot! A++++

Perfect winter weather and a great quiet spot to have a break. We managed to book far enough in advance to get all four rooms for a friends #0th Birthday. Steven and Geoff couldn't have been more welcoming and helpful. Our room was quiet (except for the birds in the morning) and well equipped. Use of a private patio was... More

Spent 1 night here on a driving holiday from Melbourne to Brisbane. Unfortunately both my fiancee and I were both under the weather so didn't have much of an opportunity to explore the town. The room itself was fantastic - very nicely presented and comfortable. Like all other reviewers, we thought the breakfast was superb. Hope to come back one... More

We stayed at Cavvanbah Beach House start of June for a couple of nights. I have stayed in Byron a number of times and have to say this was the best stay so far. The room was perfect size, the bathroom was enormous :) and the whole place was spotless. Now for the breakfast....AMAZING homemade muesli, homemade muffins and enough... More

really good value for money accommodation. Finishings are what I would expect from a five star hotel. The guys are very helpful without being intrusive, their tips on what to visit and road trips to go were spot on and helped us appreciate the Byron area. Continental breakfast may not sound exciting but the breakfast we had here was the... More
