The Cavvanbah is a dream of a place to stay. All aspects of our all-too-brief stay were of the highest quality. We loved the secluded luxurious pool-side room and the wonderful wholesome breakfasts and tasty treats. Our hosts, Steven and Geoff, made us feel so welcome and it was hard to say goodbye - we loved the whole experience! Thankyou,... More

WOW! This was quite simply the most wonderful B&B. Steven and Geoff were great hosts – welcoming and very good with advice on where to go and where to eat. Spot on with all their recommendations. Cavvanbah Beach House is only a few minutes walk from the main hub of the centre so it’s the best of all worlds –... More

Impeccable in every way. A true delight. Kudos to the friendly hosts and hospitality. Would not hesitate to return and certainly recommend this venue. Adice is to book early as it will fill up fast for peak seaasons.

We spent a wonderful 3 nights at this lovely establishment, where we were made to feel very much at home by Steven and Geoff. Our room was delightful, with the added bonus of a verandah where we sat by candlelight in the evenings and breakfasted in the mornings! And talking of breakfasts - the food was simply scrumptious, with beautiful... More

Peaceful area yet only a short walk to the beach and town. Lovely furnishings, linen & comfortable bed. A welcome jar of coffee for the plunger pot. Fabulous breakfast. Excellent hosts. A lovely but too short a break away from work. Thank you.

This was definitely our best B and B on our journey South along the NSW Coast! The location, room, bed and outlook were all great (stayed in the room at the front with a verandah). Our hosts were friendly and gave good advice as to where to eat and places to visit - delicious breakfasts too. Stayed 3 nights.

We enjoyed our two night stay at Cavvanbah beach house immensely. Being right across the road from the beach and only a short walk from town we did not drive anywhere for the whole weekend! The room was beautiful and the breakfasts, sumptuous! It was so easy to relax and enjoy the wonderful hospitality of Geoff and Steven. I will... More

We celebrated our 2nd Anniversary with 2 nights in Byron Bay and loved our Cavvanah Beach House room. Our hosts Geoff and Steve were very friendly and helpful with suggestions for places to dine. The location was quiet and peaceful but within a easy walking distance of the town centre and the quiet Belongil Beach. We also loved the way... More

We recently stayed for a week at Cav Beach House. We love this part of Byron. Very quiet, short walk to nightlife and direct access to a quiet beach. Excellent hosts. We left some items in the room and they express posted them down to Sydney. Beautiful breakfast. Highly recommended !!

You can take the other reviews about quality breakfast, great location and spotless rooms as accurate. I am a hotel owner from San Diego CA and I must say I was VERY impressed! Steven and Geoff were great hosts and didn't get in the way of our quiet enjoyment of the property. Decor and attention to detail was impeccable right... More
