Amber gardens is an oasis in the hubbub of Byron Bay which is frenetic. It was immaculate, well located and offered a real taste of nature. There are gorgeous gardens with fruit trees, lemon Myrtle, flowers and lots of birds. The owners are gracious and there is plenty of privacy. Rooms are simple and comfortable and clean. More

The amber guest house is an average bed and breakfast. The rooms are small but adequate, very clean and the linen and bedding is good. However the guest house is a 10 minute drive outside of Byron Bay, so you do need a car. And the operators are not too friendly just enough service to get you in the door.... More
