We stayed three nights in February 2014. Great location, short walk to town and other attractions. Direct access to the beach. Room was spacious and very clean. No problems with booking or after hours check-in.

We stayed two nights and loved the location! It's seconds to the beach and minutes to the shops and cafes. The gentleman at the front desk was honest, helpful and pleasant. He highly recommended hiking over to the light house via the beach - bring water and wear or pack comfortable shoes with you. We had a studio on the... More

We stayed 4 nights at the Beachcomber Resort in january 2014 with our 3 boys aged 9 -14 After reading reviews on here I had requested an apartment off the street...and we were allocated a fantastic ground floor 1bedroom plus studio dual key apartment. Both rooms were spacious, clean and absolutely perfect for our family. The furniture and fittings were... More

We have now stayed at the Beachcomber six times and have recommended it to many of our friends. My wife and I took our 4 month old baby girl for the first time in March 2013 and again found it very inviting and perfect for our needs. The location to town is approx 3 or 4 minute walk and the... We found the location to be very convenient-five minute walk to all the shops and cafés but far enough to be away for all the noise. Also direct access to the beach from the back of the complex. Rooms and bathrooms were spacious and comfortable but fairly minimal in terms of supplies (eg towels, toiletries) and decor is somewhat dated.... More

Secure underground parking with lift to our room. The room was very spacious with floor tiles and the bathroom was great with a terrific shower. Hot with good pressure!! Checkin staff were friendly and efficient.

Clean spacious rooms, modern kitchen appliances including dishwasher, plenty of hot water, secure locked access. Under cover parking. We made use of the lovely clean heated pool and spa in the evening after a day out. Close to the beach, just walk thru the gate and short way to the water. We'd stay here again.

This resort is close walk to the action but far enough away it's quiet. Rooms large and clean with all you need. Didn't realise I actually stayed here five years ago and it is still a good place to stay. Pool nice and access by locked gate to the beach.

We found Byron Beachcomber Resort a good option on our first stay in Byron Bay. Rooms were clean and spacious and in a good location. Road noise did not bother us even though we were in the front apartment. The resort pool is heated and was beautiful on the days that the beach was just too windy. We did find... More

We stayed at this property in a one bedroom apartment for two nights. The location was just far enough away from partygoers but close enough to walk to the shops. The apartment is tired and some attention to detail is needed.Only one nights shampoo/conditioner provided. Could the inclusion of a face cloth become standard in accommodation venues? Hi Maureen C, I am sorry that we did not meet your expectations fully.
