Loved this place, and the fact that it's a 20 minute walk along the beach into Byron Bay itself. Borrowed the bikes towards the end of the trip and wish we'd done it earlier. We enjoyed the 'separateness' of the location and the quietness it brought. Yes, the Tree House Café next door does have live music in the evenings... More

This was one of the first hostels my girlfriend and I stayed in during our 5 month trip around Australia and Asia and it was probably our favourite out of all of them. We were in a room of six with a shared bathroom, it took some getting used to at first as it was our first hostel experience but... More

not to much to complain about, apart from the loud music pumping from next door at the treehouse, so if your looking for a quite peaceful place to chill out in the evenings, this probably isn't it. (music and bar closes at 11pm every night.) got a complimentary upgrade to the twin with ensuite which was a great little room,... More

This resort is in an excellent location within a short walk to Byron Bay itself either by the road or along the beach at the rear of the resort. The room was spacious and comfortable with a microwave and crockery and cutlery etc. The bed was comfortable and there was a dining table and chairs as well as a small... More

When looking for accomodation for this trip, our criteria were clean, safe, restful, value for money and location which gave us proximity to the beach as well as the juice bars, etc in downtown Byron. We booked a large studio with a balcony which was spotless and had obviously just been renovated. The shower head was terrific, and the bed... More

We stayed in this hostel for the last 2 nights of our 8 week trip around Oz. We thought we would splash out and get a twin room. I've never seen a twin room with bunk beds. It came with a double bed bottom and top bunk single size. Really weird. And they only gave us bedding for the double... More

3 girlfriends and I spent 4 nights in one of the AMAZING cabins here. We can't speak highly enough of the accommodation and the staff who we became good friends with. Couldn't have had a better time and can't wait to get back there. Highly recommend this place.

We stayed at the Byron beach resort for 1 week to escape for our Uni break. The resort is a short walk along the beach to the Main Street in Byron (10-15mins) which is actually really pleasant and means the resort is out of the hustle and bustle. There is also a regular shuttle bus to town if you can't... More

The rooms in this hostel are really cool, almost like small huts. Quite unique. The staff are really friendly and the place is always really busy with a good atmosphere. Only issue with this place is that it's a bit of a walk into the centre of Byron Bay but they do offer a free shuttle service
