Basic cabins in the rainforest, 15mins walk from the beach with all mod cons and facilities. Staff were very friendly and accommodating, special mention to Murray for allowing us to having an extra person in the cabin. Great cooking and rec area with table tennis, pool and a pool and spa. Definately stay here again. : )

1 Star as 0 rating is not available. On arrival the unkempt presentation was our first clue. One of the buildings looks like a miners shed from Sovereign Hill Pioneer Village in Victoria . Third world conditions, dirty facilities, broken bed, no supplies, kitchen basic & worthless, broken bench, ants on cups, no iron or laundry facility in a cabin.... More

We stayed with our Rottweiler puppy for one night, this place is so amazing we wanted to stay another night but unfortunately they were fully booked! Friendly staff, spacious well set out cabins. The cabin is surrounded by wondeful green forrest and you wouldn't know anyone else was around. The puppy loved exploring the forrest and taking walks along the... More

Extremely friendly & helpful staff and a fantastic find in Byron. Cabin was perfect for our stay and the facilities were all clean, tidy and in very good condition. Great walk through the bush to the beach. So quiet too - you wouldn't know the main road is metres away. We loved it and will certainly stay again in future.

What an amazing, peaceful and relaxing place. Nestled amongst the rainforrest, you feel like you're a million miles from anywhere. Slide into the warm spa just as the sun starts to rise and listen to the birds. If you're lucky it will rain which I think made it so much more special for me.

I love this place: the cabins scattered in the rainforest gardens are delightful and the landscape is like a national park, even though its in a Byron Bay suburb! We only stayed one night in our studio cabin but it is well equipped for a longer stay. There is a walking trail that eventually gets you to Tallow Beach and... More

Awsome place to stay! literally in the middle of the rainforest, its not that near from the center of byron bay but u can take a taxi for only $10. Staff really friendly, always willing to help. We were supposed to stay only one day but we stayed 3.

We spent two nights at the Byron Bay Rainforest Resort and loved it. Arriving late afternoon, greeted by the owner, who greeted us with roll on aero guard, as the mosses were a'biting! We had our boxer dog, Jack with us and he was made to feel very welcome, around the resort and in the lodge. The best part of... More

Stayed here for one night. The place is indeed like a small resort in the forest, pretty close to the beach. It's a 30-45min walk to the Byron Bay centre, along a quite busy and uninteresting road. The cabins are decent, not luxurious but rather down-to-earth and clean. The manager is easy-going and helps in getting around Byron. On the... More

The place is a dump. Sorry to say but don't use this place as a last resort. Beyond a joke. Dirty toilet, room full of spiders nests, exposed plumbing, cracked and dirty random dishes, holes in fly screens and room full of mosquitos. The place is way out of town in a dark and dirty location. If you love worn... More
