Thanks very much for having us last week! It was the perfect place to stay for us with 2 small children. Unfortunately it was rainy but we were still able to do a few walks and go out on the lake. Perfect location between Byron and Bangalow. We would definitely recommend it and come again!

My family (2 adults, 2 children) had a wonderful stay. We loved watching the cows (and hearing them 'moo' right under our window!), enjoyed the marvellous thunderstorm (unlike any I've heard in a long time!) from the warmth and shelter of our cosy cabin, collected chook eggs which we enjoyed for breakfast on the balcony, wondered around the property, rowed... Away from hustle and bustle of downtown byron in beautiful country setting, while only 5 min drive from town center. Cabins are basic, but well equipped. Property is very serene and pretty. Price is reasonable and owners are very friendly and helpful. Fresh herb garden and fruits also a plus. Will be back.

We usually stay in Lennox Head when we come to Byron as we like to stay far from the crowd and it's a good compromise when you have very young kids. 2 weeks ago, we opted for the countryside experience at Ange and Ian's cottages: "oh la la la" what a great place just 5min driving from Byron! We had... More

I have stayed at the farm stay over 6 times and every time I love it more and more. The property is gorgeous, the owners are amazing and I love the peace and quite of being on the farm. I particularly enjoy going for an afternoon row boat of the lake. There is no where else I would stay in... More

I've seen other reviews comment on the price compared to others in Byron. I had concerns as to what we would get given the relatively low cost. I need not have worried. There was a warm welcome and the 2 x 1 bed units we had rented were both spotlessly clean and well equipped. The cottages are well spread out... More

Staying on the farm allows us to enjoy all the options available in this beautiful part of the country. We can just take it easy and just explore the farm with its rainforest remnents, platypi ponds, and Hayters hill with it's amazing 360 degree views of Byron shire and beyond. If we feel like venturing out Bangalow with its lively... More

My friends and I stay here every year on our annual Byron trip. The property is so beautiful and we love going kayaking and row boating on the lake that our cabin overlooks. The location is excellent too - 7 mins to Byron, 7 mins to Bangalow. My favourite part of staying here, though, is the hilltop walk - you're... More

Booked an the basis of previous reviews. Had some reservations as it was cheaper than many other places on offer but having been there I don't know why! Location was idyllic and accommodation was perfect for us. Would return in a heartbeat.

We stayed here in jan with our 14yr old daughter. It was wonderful. The place is just beautiful. Angela is so lovely and helpful. Its close to byron bay without any of the noise and crowds. We walked, kayaked, fed the horses (lily & ebony) and relaxed. I highly recommend this place for a holiday. You need more than the... More
