I have enjoyed several visits to Links House in the last few months in preparation for my wedding there in a few weeks. While I feel that I should reserve reviewing the venue until after the wedding, so that I can capture as many of the special things that the Links property and people do to make you feel like... I was hesitant about reviewing our stay here as the staff tried hard and were helpful, we stayed in the king suite which was spacious enough but lacked in so many ways, no air-conditioning, a pedestal fan was supplied, paint was peeling from the ceiling around the down lights and the whole thing is very tired, the worst thing about... We stayed here especially for the festival of Tulips, and this place is amazing! Country like and very hospitable staff and very welcoming. They accommodate for children with having books, DVDs, games and puzzles, which is amazing! We found that a lot of places here at Bowral didn't accept children to stay, but The Links welcomed us and our toddler... More

We have just spent a week at Links House, Bowral. You HAVE to stay here to know what a wonderful place this is. The hotel is beautiful and charming but what gives this place its soul is the staff. The warm Irish welcome from Robbie, the hotel's manager, Chris the assistant manager with her graciousness and the ever entertaining Michael.... More

A lovely old guest house set in a beautiful position overlooking a truly gorgeous golf course. Hospitality is the key here with every effort made to ensure your stay is comfortable. Yes, the rooms are a bit tired but the lounges are welcoming as is the glass of port in the evening. Breakfast was excellent, wifi included and dinner available... More

From the minute we arrived the staff made us feel so welcome and at home. I agree with the reviewers who have commented that you are treated more like family or a friend rather than just another customer here. It has a relaxing, homely, historic feel and although it is the size of a hotel, maintains the charm and personal... More

We booked out Links House for 2 nights as a base point and accomodation for ourselves, family and bridal party for our wedding in January and cannot speak highly enough of our experience. Nothing was too much trouble or bother and every effort was made to make our group feel at home. With only 17 rooms - all occupied by... More

I stayed at Links House as a solo traveler on an unplanned stopover on my way to Sydney for 2 nights on 27th + 28th December 2014. What a wonderful two days!! The staff were warm, friendly and extremely hospitable, right from the moment I arrived. The dinner in the restaurant was exquisite (as was the wine) and the cold... More

We had a lovely stay in this cosy, comfortable, clean, warm and friendly country accommodation. Our welcome was wonderful and this was extended for the time of our stay. The staff go out of their way to be helpful and welcoming. We had breakfast and dinner and both meals were excellent with a great choice and beautifully served with a... More

Charming place with a nice cosy atmosphere and rooms placed around an well maintained inner garden. Rooms are rather tiny and lacking and not airconditioned, Interior is of average quality which is ok for a night, maybe two. Rooms are not isolated and therefore noisy. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast service is a la carte with sufficient choice and... More
