1 caravan and the hire of one cabin kept the 4 of us busy. Lots to see in the North Coast. A very clean and well managed Park. Close to the beach, river and restaurants. Highly recommended. We will use again and again as we drive South to NSW then back up to Sunny Coast. A great place to stay.... More

Love Love Ballina Lakeside. What a fabulous park. The position is fantastic, situated on Shaws Bay, walking distance to the Richmond River and Lighthouse Beach. Views are stunning especially at night with the lights on the lake. A walk along the breakwall rewarded us with sightings of dolphins and whales. The staff are exceptional and so good with children having... More

First impression at the front desk reception was just pure rudeness. It did not get any better the more interactions I had with them over the following days. Also it wouldn't hurt if the other staff would smile & say hello as they pass you by. Yes the cabins were clean, in fact saw staff cleaning the vacant one next... More

Thank you for taking the time to post a review and provide feedback. We regret hearing that you did not find our staff friendly, we believe generally our customers feel very welcome and at home here in the park, as is reflected in our earlier reviews. Although we are not able to provide a large shop we do try to... More

Welcoming park with generous sites and ensuite cabins which are spotless and provide huge storage and hanging space. Excellent location and facilities for overnight or holiday. A huge emphasis on customer service. The park is presented and maintained to a high level.

We stayed at Ballina Lakeside from 15th to 22nd May 2014 on a powered site (22 foot caravan) with our 2 young daughters. We didn't know what to expect as had never been to Ballina before. The park is located right by the water in a beautiful, leafy area. It has excellent amenities as well as fabulous facilities for children... More

We camp here as often as we can. It's like a five star resort without the price tag! We park the car when we arrive and find getting around town on bikes so easy. You are so close to everything- the lake, the ocean, the massive skate park and the Main Street of town. Their are beaches all around and... More

We did the Holiday Park for a family long weekend away and were stoked with our choice. We had water views from our lakeside 3 bedroom bungalow which was clean and well appointed. The mini golf course and jumping pillow were hits with the kids.
