My wife and I stayed for 2 nights to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary and enjoyed our stay very much, the place was clean, tidy and well presented. Our room was large and comfortable with a lovely verandah and view over beautiful hinterland valley and gardens. Jo and Michael were great hosts who went to great lengths to make us... More

Warm greeting from hostess! Lovely, spacious, inviting room with balcony and a view of the impressive grounds! Belle bird song all during the day! Cows mooing in the distance! Chickens roaming freely! Delicious home cooked breakfast, wonderful coffee daily!!! Just a delightful place to stay for a romantic getaway! Well done Jo!

My wife and I have just returned from a two night stay. The host was a friendly lady and she gave us a quick run down on the does and don'ts the how's and wheres. She led us down the long corridor to our room. Our room was large and the first noticeable aspect of the room was a musty,... More

Thank you Colmitch for taking the time to review us on Trip Advisor. I am terribly sorry that you didn't enjoy your stay as much as you and your wife indicated whilst you were here. I do appreciate that you did report the issues regarding the mustiness in your room after the first night and I honestly thought we had... More

My wife and I spent 2 nights here to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary. Michael and Joanne are very friendly and personable hosts and provided a delicious hot breakfast. The room was large and comfortable and provided a great outlook over the property. A welcome feature was the sound of bellbirds throughout the day. An ideal place from which to... More

Stayed one night at this B&B which is actually in Kincumber, but advertises itself as being in Avoca Beach. This is confusing as it doesn't appear on GPS. If you use Google and enter the street address as 'Kincumber' you'll be able to find it. The property sits on about 5 acres of well manicured lawn. There is not much... More

We spent four days over the October long weekend at Avoca Valley B and B. Everything about the accommodation was amazing. The rooms were fit out with French Provincial furniture and opened out onto a gorgeous balcony overlooking the garden. Every morning we woke to the ubiquitous sound of the birds outside. The hosts Jo and Michael were lovely and... More

Everything about Avoca Valley B & B was perfect. The rooms are private, spacious and well appointed with a magnificent outlook from our private balcony. The hosts Jo and Michael (and their two beautiful children) were warm and welcoming. As were the chickens on arrival ! The breakfasts were wonderful and plentiful. In fact we didn't eat lunch for the... More

We stayed at Avoca Valley BNB in February 2014 for 3 of the most relaxing nights I've ever had. We were greeted by softly clucking chooks as we arrived, then led to our beautiful and comfortable room, where we promptly had a spa bath. The nights were quiet and the bed was luxurious. Each morning we enjoyed a delicious breakfast,... More

We stayed here on a Friday night at short notice. Property is a bit tricky to find and is on a lovely property overlooking the valley. Welcome by a cadre of chickens was amusing. Suite is spacious with north facing view. Well laid out. Service was attentive but not intrusive. Farm fresh eggs for breakfast. Overall, a good value proposition... More

We chose to stay for three nights at the Avoca Valley Bed & Breakfast on our way home from a recent road trip. This was our fourth Bed & Breakfast stay on our holiday and we were most pleased with the suite, which was in the centre of the 3 suites available. It is very roomy and comfortable. It has... More
