There were a number of things which made this place inappropriate for staying for our group. The road to our room was too steep, and everybody's cars kept bottoming out. The staff were nice, as well as MOST of the security. As we were a schoolies group, we were not treated with respect. And instead of the villas welcoming us... More

Honestly, I could not fault the place! The staff were amazing! So helpful and made my family and I feel very welcomed. Had all the basics in the villa we stayed in with a lovely view of the bush from our balcony. Clean and tidy, nice kitchen and bedrooms, neat bathroom, reverse air con, flat screen tv. Felt secluded yet... More

Reviews or website dont promote the fact that there are 4 eateries very close to choose from. We had a lovely short stay here and staff were great. Great villas for price. Kitchen well equipped. Will visit this place again and again.

We had dinner on several occasions at cafe camino. The food is authentic Spanish tapas. The garlic prawns and salt and pepper squid are to die for. Rodger (the owner) tells unstoppable about his camino story. While the chef (marco) is cooking. Once we tried the Paella. OMG we never found such a rich, tasteful paella in the central coast.... Took my son and his two mates for a week, great time by all, fishing and surfing. Think we'll make it an annual event. All staff were fabulous. The new management of cafe camino make the best Aussie breakfast around. Found this place by accident about 12 years ago, and have been back around 8 years since then.

The setting is very beautiful-in bushland with bellbirds singing and kookaburras laughing. With that comes complete darkness at night. The actual place has a lot of potential but needs a revamp. It's very retro and the bedroom walls don't reach the ceiling so everything can be heard between both bedrooms i.e. no privacy. The driveway is extremely steep and you... More

On arrival our room was filthy, smelt damp and was full of spider webs. The "manager" on duty was rude and not in the slightest helpful. In fact at 1am in the morning we awoke to her "abusing other stayers who were swimming in the pool after the closure time. Let me say it was the site manager who woke... More

We stayed one night at the Heritage Villas in September because we were attending a party at the nearby Rojo Rocket restaurant. We chose the villas because of their proximity to the venue and because we could get a 2 bedroom apartment as my father was with us. The villa was comfortable but quite dated - a bit '80's' in... We stayed in a villa at Avoca Beach Heritage Villas for two nights over a weekend at the end of April 2012. We arrived late on the Friday night (around 8pm) and it was very dark in the resort. We picked up the key and map to our villa from reception - despite being given a map and detailed directions,... More

I took my children for a weekend away and we all had a great time. A short trip to the local shops and beach. Wildlife was a big hit with the kids... Staff very helpful and friendly. Our villa was spacious and clean... Loved it and will be going again... New family holiday destination.
