I stayed for one night only as was visiting Avoca for work purposes. As soon as I entered the room I checked the bed sheets and they we're clean and fresh! Otherwise the room was fairly basic, but you get what you pay for. Everything worked without any issues though, and the bathroom was recently renovated so happy with the... More

We stayed in one of the Hotel Rooms near the main restaurant, was quite noisy late at night. The room smelt musty when we entered and we had to leave the balcony door open to get fresh air in the room. The room had basic furnishings which were fine and in good condition, the size is good and there was... More

I booked a villa and we stayed here for 4 days in January before the end of the school holidays. It was a good set up for our family since it was a short drive to the beach, there was enough space for the kids to run around - they loved the pool - and the kitchen came in handy... More

We stayed as a family of 3 in a lovely motel room overlooking beautiful grass area surrounded by bush land, the room had dual access to the carpark and grass area. The room was neat and tidy and spacious enough not to trip over each other. Staff were friendly and helpful, although they have a restaurant on site we didn't... More

I discovered after returning home (5 weeks later) that I had contracted scabies from this place. I have never felt more appauled at hotel accomodation in my life. I don't know if they didn't wash the bedding or that somebody in their staff needs to go to the doctor... but this is unacceptable in accomodation in Australia. I have traveled... More

We only stayed in the villa for one night in winter. Our daughters stayed in one of the rooms for the night as well. It was basic, clean and reasonably comfortable. The rooms are neat with brick walls. The outlook is lovely all natural bush and pretty. It is 5 mins drive from the beach and shops, the hotel is... More

Treetops is the ideal place for your next work conference the staff are friendly, flexible and very helpful. The food was fantastic and reasonably priced. One of the best features is the beautiful setting and the privacy. The conference rooms have modern technology for presentations. The manager was flexible with last minute changes and nothing was too much trouble. Jess

We paid a reasonable rate (by Australian standards) for our room as we stayed for 7 nights. The plus points: the resort is a short drive from Avoca Beach, one of our favourite spots on the central coast; it has easy access a few metres away to the Avoca Beach Hotel, an excellent bar and restaurant; we had a biggish... I recently stayed at this resort for 4 nights during a conference. To call it a resort is being generous. Despite this, I found it was neat, tidy and had attentive staff. The rooms were basic style accomodation , renovated bathrooms, comfortable beds, simple but working room essentials. Had issues with the ceiling fan that was malfunctioning but the in... More
