We needed somewhere to celebrate an anniversary, we wanted somewhere special, we looked at the photos, we saw the Hammocks !! What a truly charming cottage, there are two, we stayed in the Cedar Cabin. These cottages/cabins are very well laid out, with a substantial kitchen, No oven, but Gas cooktop, and a Microwave. A Gas kettle, Coffee Plunger with... More

This is a beautiful getaway in the Northern NSW hinterland that is an absolute must! With sweeping valley views this is a wonderful place just to get away from it all! 2 lovely self contained cottages and you are easy driving distance to all sorts of amenities including some of Australia's finest beaches! Cannot recommend this place highly enough

My husband and I visited Tallaringa Views for 2 nights for our anniversary. We really enjoyed our visit, and found it to be a lovely and relaxing place to stay! We hope to return soon. The location was lovely, far out in the hinterland. We enjoyed the bush surrounds and the chance to get away from it all. It was... More

My husband and I stayed here for 4 nights as we were in the area for a wedding and wanted somewhere away from busy Byron Bay. We weren't disappointed! Margaret and Garry have thought of everything and there was nothing we didn't need (apart from a little tea tree oil when I got a tick - thanks Margaret!) We were... More

My partner & I stayed at Tallaringa Views, in Rosewood Retreat, for five nights. Margaret & Garry were very warm with their welcome, which put us instantly at ease. They have thought of everything; bubble bath/tealights for the spa, shower gel in the shower & the kitchen was very well equipped. The cottage is very well built & designed, just... More

My husband and I stayed here our wedding weekend. The lodging itself was very clean and well furnished. The balcony perfectly catching the morning sun making it a great place to have breakfast. The big windows and skylights make the place open and airy and all the native trees and shrubs in the garden attract wildlife and birds. The log... More

With a 14 day break from work and 8 B and B's in that time Tallaringa Views was by far the pick for No1 pick for us. Quality finishes, soft colours , fire , spa, established native gardens , well stocked kitchen , vast DVD selection, undercover parking, ease of booking, and value for money when compared to other B... This was the second time we have had the pleasure of staying at Margaret & Gary's cabins. The first being our honeymoon, this time as our last 'couple getaway' before our baby arrives. There are two cabins on the property, and we stayed in Cedar Cabin both times. The serenity and privacy of their property can not be rivaled. From... More
