From the time we arrived till the time we left we were made to feel like it was our home with a warm welcoming and hospitality provided by Cherie (owner). We had a wonderful stay at the inn and Cherie made us feel very welcome. Yes, it is quite expensive but the owner is trying to inject a little bit of luxury into an area that could do with having its profile raised a bit. I have been stopping here on way through and always loved it/old and now done up. The property looks amazing should be visited. Cherie is a great woman and has put a lot of time/effort and money into restoring this building/gardens. Spent time here with Cherie, were fortunate to be given a room with own bathroom, but most other rooms are share basis. It is a beautiful old building, though due for a bit of TLC.
