This was our sixth stay at Sorenson's Resort. Had a lovely restful sleep, helped along by a yummy meal of lamb chops with a great Pinot Grigio. Thanks for the late check out. We were able to zip over to South Lake Tahoe for a ripping Mtn bike ride early then back to pack up for the trip home.

Really enjoyed my recent stay at Sorensen's - their employees are stellar, everyone was so friendly. After check in we were treated to our option of beverage - coffee, cocoa, tea or wine - nice perk after a long drive. Gorgeous setting, friendly, helpful staff, awesome food! Low key, no pretentious posturing; folks come here mainly to chill, not to be seen; not the "in" crowd place. Lots of cross country and snow shoe trails. Quiet. Very dog friendly. Sweet.
