Had a great one night stay where Nathalie and Alain extended every hospitality, making everyone very welcome in their lovely home. They go the extra mile to find out about their guests and offer them advice on where to go and what to see as well as offering rental on bikes, canoes etc. The dormitory has bunk beds made locally,... We had a wonderful time at the Auberge Inn. Nathalie and Alain are great hosts. They created a lovely, clean, well-run Inn close to the beach. They were perfect with our baby and even chased us down to the ferry, when we forgot our baby blankets at their place. Thank you very much Nathalie and Alain for sharing your home... More

We had a great time at the Auberge Inn. Although we were only there for one night they were fantastic. We stayed in the family room which worked perfectly with two small children. They were fantastic with out kids and even played lawn bowling, went raspberry picking around their property and even did a campfire with marshmallows and camp songs.... More

The Auberge is a lovely, clean, and well-run place to stay when visiting Providence Bay or the vicinity on Manitoulin. Nathalie and Alain (owners) are genuinely friendly, and the options to rent a kayak or bike are a real bonus for getting the most out of the area. We can't wait to go back and hike the "Cup and Saucer"! More

Located in Providence Bay very close to a beach, our stay here was a convenient choice for all the water, sun and sand we wanted to enjoy. We took the last ferry into Manitoulin after spending most of the day in the Bruce Peninsula National Park, so we were quite exhausted by the time we checked in late night. We... More

I had a fantastic and rejuvenating stay at the Auberge Inn -- in every way, from Alain and Nathalie's wonderfully generous conviviality to details such as the garden and energy-saving light fixtures this is a special place, clearly built and cultivated with passion and commitment. Alain and Nathalie are both natural hosts: extremely intelligent, knowledgeable of the island and region,... More

My six night stay at the Auberge Inn was the most relaxing vacation that I ever had. Nathalie and Alain were very welcoming, hospitable, and very knowledgeable about the Island and it's highlights. The Inn was very clean, the locally made bunkbed was very comfortable, and the breakfasts were nutritious and delicious with a focus on local produce . The... More

We stayed there for a couple of nights recently. It was nice and quiet, being wintertime. Nathalie and Alain were very gracious and helpful when we were looking to just get out by taking us out for a walk to the beach, and they had good recommendations for us when we wanted to see things around the island. They have... More
