Our 15th Year of visiting Bucklawren - both Bed & Breakfast and now Self Catering. We have nothing but compliments to say regarding our many stays at Bucklawren. Jean & Robert are amazing with ALL they are doing and have achieved to maintain the standards at the Farm with Bed & Breakfast and Self Catering. We have stayed within both... More

We have just had a fabulous short break at Bucklawren where we were very well looked after by Jean and her daughter Jo. Their hospitality was second to none from the moment we arrived with tea and cake in the delightful sun lounge, to our final delicious breakfast - home made marmalade to die for! Nothing was too much trouble.... More

I booked a short break for my parents in March, The Forge Cottage was immaculately clean, tastefully cosy & comfortable with absolutely everything you could think of provided. The hostess, Jean, could not have been more helpful regarding their stay including local knowledge. Ideally situated for serious hikers.

We stayed here with the family. Peaceful setting. Clean accommodation. Close location to some lovely beaches. Great for walks. Even the dog had a fabulous time! Had dishwasher and washing machine. All mod cons.

Beautiful, well equipped, comfortable cottage. Spacious and clean. Welcoming, friendly owner. Good for exploring Looe/ Polperro etc. great night sleep. Second visit - we love it here. Stayed in The Lodge which has great disabled facilities.

This was our third visit to Bucklawren Farm and would recommend it to anyone wishing for a relaxing break. A warm welcome and the added bonus of tea and homemade cake in either the conservatory or weather permitting on the lawn. The rooms are spotlessly clean and very comfortable with plenty of storage, the en suite is spacious and all toiletries... More

From the minute we arrived at Bucklawren we were assured of a super place to rest our heads. Our room was well appointed, spotlessly clean with beautiful views, Jean was so welcoming and made us a pot of tea with homemade cake on arrival which we ate on the lawn overlooking rolling fields and the sea towards Looe. It was... More

My husband and I stayed at Bucklawren Farm for 5 nights and can thoroughly recommend it. The accommodation is of the highest standard and the cooked breakfast, with its extensive menu, is superb. Jean, the owner, is most helpful and has a wealth of local knowledge. The farm is peacefully located in the countryside with wonderful views of Looe bay... More
