Stayed here last week for one night and overall had a pleasant stay. Had dinner in the restaurant which was fine, all the staff in the hotel were very friendly and helpful. Nice that they do the little extras like different pillows in the room to chose from and extra blankets etc. No complaints.

On our recent stay at the Premier Inn, Carclaze, St Austell, we enjoyed the friendly and comfortable atmostphere shown to us, and the staff were very pleasant & helpfull, as was the Table Table restaurant, which had a nice atmosphere, and good food, my only critisism, is that the hotel is somewhat out on a lim, if you haven't got... Over all a very good stay at this hotel. I stayed in the disabled adapted room which is very good and spacious. The bathroom is a wet room which for wheel chair users is especially good, my only gripe is the shower head: it's too small a larger size would be more useful, also trying to adjust the height of... We stayed here for three nights and found it to be a great hotel. The room is a decent size with a good bathroom. The bed is incredibly comfortable. The location is good for visiting the Eden Project as it is only a few miles away. The hotel is also close to the town centre although slightly too far out... More

We decided to break our journey back from west Cornwall so we could visit the Eden Project, & stayed an extra night to visit a friend in the area. We spent 3 nights at this hotel, and enjoyed our stay - comfortable room, friendly staff, good buffet-style breakfast (all you could eat, cooked & continental). Orders were taken for the... More

Overall a very good experience. Bedrooms excellent, reception and all other staff friendly, efficient and well trained and courteous. Breakfast on all three mornings was very satisfactory and just about good value. Dinner (only one occasion) was of poor quality but that was not a surprise as that is a feature of the Table Table provision anywhere. Apart from dinner... More

Needed somewhere to stay following a work commitment, for a Saturday night. Booked it all the day before. Booked our stay over the telephone, staff were helpful. Pleasant greeting from the very friendly staff at reception when we arrived. It's nice to have warm and friendly staff members when you have never been somewhere before, and you feel like a... More

We have just stayed in this premier inn, all staff and facilities were lovely. Peaceful night sleep as promised except for husbands snoring. Breakfast was lovely and a lot of choice on breakfast. All in all great. Would recommend to people.

Good value, always reliable standard of service and facilities. Staff in reception friendly, helpful and efficient. Spent three nights there as base while touring Cornwall. Room comfortable, clean and well-presented. Quiet with good air conditioning. Convenient location to get to other points in Cornwall including St Austell and Charlestown (good choice of pubs/restaurants). Check location as street address does not... More
