We were only with Applecroft for two nights but we had a really nice stay. We had the garden room which was lovely, really clean and very comfortable room. It was quiet and in a lovely location, very quiet but a nice area if that's what you like.

My husband and I have just stayed 2 nights at Applecroft and would highly recommend it. As others have said, Tony and Theresa couldn't be more welcoming. Our room was spacious, extremely comfortable and very we'll presented, as was the en suite. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. If you are looking for bed and breakfast in this area, you can't... Teresa and Tony ... Thank you so much, to you both, for welcoming us into your home. Everything was splendid. We know you strive hard to maintain such high standards of cleanliness, decor and home comforts. Our room was great, to ensure a good nights sleep. Our bathroom opposite was perfect, just a stride across from our bedroom door, again... More

There is a seating area with arm... More

My partner and I stayed for 3 nights. We were visiting an elderly family member and needed to be close to St Austell. This provided the best accommodation we have stayed in in the area. The guest house is spotless and the interior decor is outstanding. The room we had was ensuite with a modern double shower, thick fresh towels,... More

After a long journey down, walking into the garden room where we were staying was truly beautiful! Like our own little haven in such a picturesque place. Theresa and Tony did an amazing job and being great hosts! I can't recommend this place enough and we have already decided we plan to go back later in the year.
