I stayed here on business with two colleagues. The hotel has been recently refurbished to a very high standard. My room the "Crows Nest" was a nice sized double with a very comfortable bed. The food and breakfast were also excellent with an individual touch. I will definitely stay here again!!!!

We have just had a fantastic & most relaxing stay here with glorious locally sourced food in a picturesque location. The quality was considerably better than a lot of hotels we have stayed in and the winter rate made for a very affordable break. Find an excuse to visit & stay - you won't regret it!

I usually come to this part of Cornwall with work so decided to come for a small break as Charlestown is a lovely part of the world with stunning views over the harbour. Usually we stop at the Pierhouse but because of the extortionate prices we decided to stop at the Rashleigh instead. On arrival we were greeted by a... More

We had a winter weekend stay at the Rashleigh Arms, It was a very good place to stay and eat, we were on off-season rates. As a bed & breakfast it standards are considerably better than Premiere Inns or Travellodge "hotels" Here the room had been very nicely furished and lots of nice complimentary items included e.g. Nice Bathrobes, Tissues,... Although we had booked for three nights, due to an unfortunate accident we had to come home after only one day - not the hotels fault. The staff were excellent and friendly and helped out when I had my accident. The beer and the breakfast was fab and look forward to returning in January for our 3 night stay. Our... More

I don't usually do trip advisor, but these guys deserve a mention for their very fine breakfast, cooked by head chef Gareth and served by Lynn. The expertly cooked 'full Cornish' is reason enough to come and stay here, with delicious local sausages and an uncompromisingly large fried slice. So many hotels these days don't make the effort because they... More

A group of friends recently visited for a Sunday roast. The staff were very friendly in greeting us and were prompt in helping us as much as they can. but the food was very limited and the meat was well overdone and very chewy and in personal opinion well overpriced.

We stayed here for the second time this year with a couple of our friends from the US. It was a great stay and they hotel was clean and very comfortable. We did have one issue, we went up to our room and when we lay down on the bed it was soaking! A leak in the roof had soaked... More

My daughter and I were staying in Charlestown for a week and had a meal in this hotel on a Saturday evening. Our meals were very enjoyable and reasonably priced, the service could have been better but they were very busy. The restaurant is very clean and bright and we were able to get internet access, which is very difficult... More

We ate in The Rashleigh Arms on our first night in Cornwall. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly and we loved the ambience and look of the place which has recently been refurbished. Nothing was too much trouble and it was good value for money. We ate there again on another night and whilst one of our meals was... More
