We stayed for a night in our Cornwall tour. Our room had a sea view but it was very small and the double bed was in fact for 1.5 not for 2. The bathroom was the smallest I have ever seen in a hotel. It has a nice garden and offers a plenty of parking space. The breakfast was good... More

The staff at the hotel were lovely and very obliging the bed was very comfortable, rooms not overly large, but as we were only staying one night it didn't bother us at all......shower and toilet clean ...the pump in the outside pool had broken and was covered in green algae (but we hadn't planned on swimming anyway) Breakfast was lovely... Having looked at the reviews of this hotel I thought we would be safe as there were not many against it how wrong was I. On arrival we were greeted by a very nice young lady on reception ( I do have to say all of the staff were very nice ) we eventually got up to our room which... More

I spent one night there on a business trip. Very nice place, close to Charlestown which is very nice for a quick visit in the afternoon, quiet. However, for business trips it is very important to have internet access, which was not the case here. No connection in the room, poor connection on the loby.

this is a great hotel for short breaks and central to visit Lost Gardens of Heligan, and The Eden Project, it is not too pricey and the food is excellent, the staff are very welcoming and friendly it seems to be used by workers and business people which is a good sign of its worth

This was a quick booking to have a few days away and take in the Eden Project. We hadn't done much research and just chose the hotel on proximity to the Eden Project (10 mins), so we weren't expecting much. However, we were pleasantly surprised. The hotel is in a wonderful position. The food was excellent and the staff were... More

The atmosphere at this hotel is warm, relaxed and friendly. Our bed and breakfast was extremely good value. Some of the decor is very 1970's, but this adds to the charm. We are both vegan and had a delicious vegan cooked breakfast, with generous portion sizes. The hotel is located directly opposite the much more expensive Carlyon Bay Hotel and... More
