My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights - what a wonderful experience! Everything about the B&B was perfect. It was really clean and tidy and had a lovely homely feel. My husband commented that "Lynn's husband is a master builder!" The breakfast was truly delicious with so much choice on offer! The hostess Lyn was warm, friendly and... More

Thank you for your wonderful positive review !! Once again i am reassured that what we do here at bradleigh lodge is very much appreciated .. Even more reassuring to myself, as the room you and your husband occupied is the same room recently reviewed as a "little cramped".. Thanks again. More

A great B&B with a wonderful hostess Lyn who went out of her way to make our stay a pleasure. The breakfast was one of the best I have ever had. We had a check sheet to let Lyn know what we wanted for breakfast which included locally sourced bacon, sausages, fried eggs, boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, poached eggs, baked beans,... More

Myself and my Fiancé stayed here for a couple of nights this past weekend and it was a truly lovely experience. We were welcomed by Lyn who went out of her way to make our stay a pleasure. The breakfast was one of the best I have ever had. That is not an exaggeration. We had a check sheet to... More

My husband and i stayed here for 3 nights as we were going to the Eden project for a concert and was only a 10 minutes away. We stayed in the new room 4 out in the garden. It had been beautifully decorated and even had a roll top bath as well as a separate shower , the shower was... More

A great B&B with a wonderful hostess. A really lovely place. We had a wonderful time. It's nicely situated, very clean, nice garden, great breakfast and all in all a great stay. And a very cute dog :) Only comment would be that the beds are a little creaky, but I'm picky on that and it wasn't much even for... More

Bradleigh Lodge is situated near the centre of St Austell,, just off a main road, but the location of the rooms at the back facing the garden means that noise isn't an issue. The room however is a little on the small side, although to be fair, the room, and bathroom were both spotless. Luckily the weather was excellent and we... More

The lodge was absolutely wonderful from the comfortable bed and pillow to the lovely soft fluffy towels. The breakfast is the best I have ever had and Lyn who runs the lodge is a delight. She has a wonderful personality, which makes you feel so at home. Thank you Lyn, you made us feel so special.

St Austell itself is a bit of a dilemma. It’s excellently suited as touring base and has some big attractions nearby, but the town centre is less than attractive and the range of eating places is limited (although several new ones seemed to have opened recently). Bradleigh Lodge is just off one of the main roads into St Austell and... More

We found the accommodation without any difficulty. It is within walking distance of the town. Lynne, the landlady, was v friendly and helpful suggesting places that we could visit during our stay. These were beautiful little areas that we may have missed if we had concentrated on the larger towns. The bedroom was beautifully decorated with patio doors leading to... More

I booked into this B&B after reading previous reviews and seeing pictures of the room. I took my mother and two children over the easter break. I can confirm that you will not be disappointed.
